What we would build for a car, scooter and bike hire
Every scooter, car and bike booked and paid for before the customer lands
We build your own booking and payment system from the ground up: a fast site in your brand with live fleet availability, a card or Apple Pay deposit that makes a no-show cost the customer rather than you, and a native iPhone app for handovers, returns and damage photos. No marketplace, no commission, and the code is yours.

What goes wrong today
A WhatsApp 'yes' is not a booking
Tourists message three hire companies, get three replies, and turn up at one. The other two held a vehicle for nothing. Without a deposit taken at the moment of booking, your fleet is reserved on trust and trust doesn't pay the insurance.
Deposits by IBAN, refunds by promise
UK customers are wary of sending a bank transfer to a company they've never met, and they've read the reviews where the damage deposit 'is coming back next week'. A card hold that releases itself on return removes both fears in one step.
Who has the red scooter right now?
A whiteboard, a notebook and a phone full of photos is how most fleets are tracked. Which vehicle went out, when it's due, what the odometer said and which scratch was already there: that belongs in one record per hire, not in someone's memory.
Prices in USD, forms that don't send
Booking widgets bolted onto a template site show prices in the wrong currency, drop enquiries when a plugin updates, and still end in 'we will confirm by email within two hours'. A customer on a beach with a phone wants a yes now.
What we build for you, from the ground up
Live fleet availability by hour or day
Each vehicle is a real unit with its own calendar. The customer picks dates and a pick-up time and sees only what is genuinely free; the slot is held while they pay, and the reservation is written in one transaction so two people can never book the same bike.
Your pricing rules, priced server-side
Hourly, daily and weekly rates, seasonal bands, helmet and child-seat extras, delivery to a hotel, one-way drop-offs. The rate card lives in your admin and never reaches the browser, so the price the customer sees is always the price you set.
Deposit and damage hold on the card
A booking deposit is taken at checkout by Apple Pay or card. The damage deposit is placed as a hold on the same card at pick-up and released automatically at check-in, so the customer never wires money and never chases a refund.
Check-out and check-in on the iPhone
A native staff app walks the handover: licence photo, odometer, fuel, a photo of every panel with the previous condition shown alongside, and a signature. On return the same screen shows what changed. Every hire has a complete record.
WhatsApp and email confirmations that write themselves
The moment the deposit clears, the customer gets a confirmation with the vehicle, the times, what to bring and the pick-up point as an Apple Maps link. Reminders go the evening before pick-up and an hour before return. You never type another confirmation.
Owner's dashboard: fleet, money, no-shows
Today's pick-ups and returns, which vehicles are out, overdue returns, deposits held and released, and takings by day. Sign in with Face ID. Export to CSV for the accountant.
Servicing and fleet ledger
Every vehicle carries its service history, insurance date and current condition. A vehicle due a service drops out of availability by itself; a returned scooter with damage goes straight to a repair list.
The Apple layer your guests actually notice
Live Activity: the hire on the lock screen
From the morning of pick-up the customer's lock screen counts down to the handover, then shows the return time and where to bring the vehicle back. No app to open, no message to find.
The hire agreement in Apple Wallet
A Wallet pass with the booking reference, vehicle, dates, your phone number and a QR code your team scans at handover. It surfaces on the lock screen when the customer is near your depot.
Pick-up point in Apple Maps, reminders that add themselves
One tap opens directions to the exact bay, not the street. The return deadline is added as a reminder, and if you offer hotel delivery the driver's arrival is tracked the same way.
App Clip QR on the vehicle itself
A sticker on the handlebars opens a lightweight App Clip with no download: extend the hire by a day, report a problem with a photo, or call you. Paid with Apple Pay in the same screen.
Owner widgets and Dynamic Island
A home screen widget with vehicles out, returns due today and overdue. The team's app shows the next handover in the Dynamic Island while they are doing the previous one.
Payments in Türkiye, done properly
Built and running: the examples this comes from
Questions we get asked
Can customers still book by WhatsApp?
Yes. Your team creates the booking in the app in seconds and sends the customer a payment link; the deposit is taken the same way and the confirmation goes out by WhatsApp. WhatsApp becomes the front door, not the filing system.
How does the damage deposit work with UK cards?
It is a card hold through your own payment provider, shown to the customer in their currency. Nothing is charged unless you record damage at check-in; otherwise it releases itself. No IBAN, no waiting for a refund.
We have cars and scooters with different rules. Does it cope?
Each vehicle type has its own rates, minimum hire, deposit amount, licence requirement and extras. A scooter by the hour and a car by the week live in the same calendar.
What does it cost and who owns it?
Fixed price agreed up front, based on the fleet size and what you want in the first release. The code, the data and the App Store listing are yours; there is no monthly licence to us and no commission on bookings.
Do you need to come to Türkiye?
No. Everything is built and delivered remotely from the UK, with video calls at each stage. Your team tests the apps on their own iPhones before anything goes live.
Tell us about your fleet
Send the vehicles you run and how you take bookings today. We'll come back with a written plan for the site, the deposits and the handover app, and a video call to walk through it.
