What we would build for an esim, sim and wifi rental

The eSIM delivered before the plane lands, the dongle deposit actually collected

A tourist buys connectivity at the airport gate on their phone and expects it to work by baggage reclaim. We build you a storefront from the ground up: eSIM plans and dongle rentals paid by Apple Pay or card, the QR delivered instantly by email and WhatsApp, a refundable deposit held on the card for hardware, hotel drop-off and pick-up slots with the driver's run sheet, and a ledger that tracks every device out and back.

What goes wrong today

The £50 deposit nobody collects

A booking page with a tick box saying 'I agree to leave a refundable deposit' and nothing that takes it. The dongle goes out on trust, comes back late or not at all, and the refund is a conversation instead of a click.

'Buy' buttons that go nowhere

A template site with a calendar plugin that emails admin for approval, one price on the booking page and another on the company page, and a customer who has already bought an eSIM from a global app instead.

Manual QR emails at midnight

Orders come in when flights land. Someone has to wake up, generate the profile and send it. The customer at the airport is waiting for exactly that email.

Which dongle is at which hotel?

Sixty devices, thirty hotels, drivers with a list on WhatsApp. When a customer says they left it at reception, nobody knows which reception or which device.

What we build for you, from the ground up

  1. A storefront built from scratch

Plans by data, days and region, dongle rentals by day with delivery options, clear prices in pounds, euros and lira, and a checkout with Apple Pay and card. No template, no platform fee, your brand throughout.

  2. Instant eSIM delivery

Payment confirmed, the profile is issued from your provider's API and the QR goes out by email and WhatsApp within seconds, with install steps for iPhone and Android in the customer's language. Nobody wakes up.

  3. Deposit held on the card for hardware

For dongles and SIM kits, a refundable deposit is held on the customer's card at checkout and released automatically when the device is scanned back in. Late returns are charged by your rules, with no argument and no IBAN.

  4. Hotel drop-off and pick-up slots

The customer picks a hotel or villa and a slot; the system checks the driver's capacity and route and confirms. The driver gets a run sheet with every reception pinned in Apple Maps and a scan at handover.

  5. Device ledger: every unit out and back

Each dongle has a serial and a history: issued, delivered, returned, charged, faulty. Every movement is an immutable record scanned on a phone, so 'where is device 47' has an answer. Low-stock alerts before the August rush.

  6. Top-ups and extensions

A customer running out of data gets a WhatsApp with a one-tap top-up; a dongle rental extends by a day with Apple Pay from a QR on the device. Revenue you're currently not collecting.

  7. Partners and resellers

Hotels, villa agencies and transfer companies get a login or a branded link to sell your plans, with their commission tracked automatically.

  8. Owner's numbers

Sales by plan, devices out, deposits held, late returns, partner commissions and daily takings, on one screen with Face ID sign-in and CSV export.

The Apple layer your guests actually notice

Live Activity: delivery and data on the lock screen

For a dongle: the drop-off window counting down, 'driver at reception', then the return date. For an eSIM: days and data remaining with a top-up button.

The plan and the rental in Apple Wallet

A pass with the plan, the activation date, the support number and, for hardware, the device serial and return slot with a QR the driver scans.

Meeting point in Apple Maps, return reminders

For airport handovers, one tap to the exact meeting point. The return slot adds itself to the customer's calendar with an alert the day before.

App Clip QR on the device and at the hotel

A sticker on the dongle opens an App Clip with no download: extend, top up, report a fault, see the return slot. A card at hotel reception sells an eSIM on the spot with Apple Pay.

Widgets for the driver and the office

Today's drop-offs and pick-ups, devices due back and low stock on the home screen. The driver's next hotel sits in the Dynamic Island while they're at the current one.

Payments in Türkiye, done properly

Plans, rentals and deposits are paid by Apple Pay or card through your own iyzico or PayTR account or your bank's virtual POS, so UK and EU cards work and the money goes straight to you; we never hold it. Customers see pounds or euros, you settle in lira. Hardware deposits are card holds released automatically at return, refunds inside your terms are automatic, and there is no marketplace commission on any sale.

Built and running: the examples this comes from

Questions we get asked

We keep the calendar we have. Can you just add the deposit and confirmations?

Yes. The first release can be a deposit link, an instant English WhatsApp confirmation and a driver run sheet on top of what you have, with the full storefront after. We'll tell you honestly which is the better start.

Which eSIM providers can you connect to?

Any wholesaler with an API for issuing profiles; we build the integration to whoever you buy from and switch it if you change supplier. The storefront and the customer's experience stay yours.

Will tourists pay a deposit for a dongle?

They already agree to one on your page; what's missing is the button. A card hold in their own currency that releases itself at return is what they expect from every hire on their trip.

What does it cost?

Fixed price agreed up front for the first release, scoped to what you want live before next season. You own the code, the data and the storefront; no monthly licence to us and no commission per sale.

Do you visit?

No. Everything is built and delivered remotely from the UK with video calls; your driver tests the app on their own iPhone before launch.

Send us your price list and your booking page

We'll reply with a written plan for the storefront, the deposit, instant delivery and the device ledger, then walk through it on a video call. Winter is the time to build it for next season.
