What we would build for an airport transfers
Booked with the flight number, paid in pounds, the car on the lock screen as it approaches
A booking and payment system built from the ground up for your transfer company: private and shared transfers booked on your own site against the flight number, an Apple Pay or card deposit with UK cards through your own iyzico or PayTR account, and WhatsApp confirmations with the meeting point in Apple Maps. The passenger watches the car approach as a Live Activity; the driver runs the day from a native iPhone app.
Built and delivered remotely from Cheshire, UK · fixed price agreed up front
What goes wrong today
"Transfers: please ask for details"
Hotels and villas send guests to you with a phone number, and the guest, at midnight in Manchester, books the marketplace that showed a price and took a card instead.
The flight that landed early, the driver who did not know
A booking taken by WhatsApp with the wrong flight number, no link to the arrivals board, and a family standing outside with a pushchair for forty minutes.
Paid in cash to the driver, no receipt
Pounds on the back seat, no record, no receipt for the guest who wanted to claim it back, and takings the owner reconstructs from a notebook.
A card payment that never comes
A refundable deposit the guest ticks a box to agree to, and a booking page that never actually collects it. Every cancellation is a loss, every no-show a wasted run to the airport.
What we build for you, from the ground up
Booking against the flight
Airport, flight number, resort and passengers in; a price out from your zones and vehicle sizes, in GBP, EUR and TRY. The flight is tracked, so an early landing or a delay moves the pickup time on its own.
Private, shared and return in one booking
Private cars, minibuses and shared shuttles, with the return leg booked at the same time and the child seat, extra stop or meet-and-greet as priced add-ons.
Deposit by Apple Pay, balance your way
A deposit or the full fare taken by card at booking, with UK cards through your own iyzico or PayTR account. Cancellations inside your window refund automatically; a no-show still pays for the run.
Confirmations with the meeting point pinned
WhatsApp and email with the driver's name and plate, the exact meeting point inside the terminal in Apple Maps, and what to do if the flight is diverted. A message when the driver is at the airport.
The day's runs assigned to drivers
The office sees every run by time and airport, assigns vehicles and drivers against real capacity, and sees clashes before they happen. Return pickups are scheduled from the flight time back.
The driver's iPhone app
Today's runs in order, the flight's live status, the passenger's name and number, the villa pinned in Apple Maps, a tap to say "I'm here" and a tap to start the run so the passenger sees the car coming.
Hotels, villas and agents with their own links
Every hotel, villa owner and agency that sends you guests gets a link that carries their name, and sees their bookings and commission. "Please ask for details" becomes a button.
Receipts and the owner's numbers
A receipt to the passenger by email for every run, and runs, takings, deposits kept and driver totals on one screen with CSV export.
The Apple layer your guests actually notice
The car approaching on the lock screen
A Live Activity counts down to the pickup, then shows the driver's name, the plate and the car approaching on the day, with a tap to call.
The transfer in Apple Wallet
A pass in your brand with the flight, the meeting point and the driver's number, appearing on the lock screen as the plane lands.
The meeting point in Apple Maps
One tap opens the exact spot inside arrivals, and the return pickup adds itself to reminders with the right time for the flight home.
Book the return by App Clip
A code on the headrest or in the villa opens the return transfer for booking and paying by Apple Pay, with nothing installed.
Today's runs in a widget
For the owner: runs today, cars out and takings on the home screen, and the next landing in the Dynamic Island.

Questions we get asked
How long does it take?
Flight-linked bookings and card payments come first so next season's transfers are sold online in pounds; the driver's app, the Live Activity and Wallet passes follow. We agree a dated plan on a video call, and the winter is the natural build window.
What does it cost?
Fixed price agreed up front after a call to scope the airports, zones, fleet and partners. No monthly fee and no commission per transfer.
Do we need to change our bank?
No. Payments run through your own iyzico or PayTR account or your bank's virtual POS, which is what lets UK cards pay in pounds with the money landing with you.
Can it work alongside the hotels, villas and marketplaces that send us guests?
Yes. Every partner gets a link that carries their name and shows their bookings; marketplace transfers are entered into the same day plan so drivers are never double-assigned; everything booked on your own site is commission-free.
Who owns it, and do you need to come to Türkiye?
You own the code, the data and the accounts. Everything is built in Cheshire and delivered remotely over video calls and WhatsApp; your zones, fleet and price list are all we need.
Tell us about your busiest arrivals day
Which airports, how many cars, who sends you guests and how you get paid today. One video call to scope it, then a written plan.
