What we would build for a spa and hammam

Every room, every therapist, every slot: booked, paid and reminded

A hammam or spa sells time in rooms with people in them, which is the hardest kind of availability to get right. We build you a booking site that knows which therapist and which room are free for which treatment, takes a deposit by Apple Pay or card, arranges the hotel pick-up, and gives the front desk a native iPhone diary.

What goes wrong today

Booked by the hotel rep, never arrived

A couples' package booked through a hotel, the room and two therapists held for ninety minutes, and nobody at 15:00. Without a deposit taken at booking, the afternoon is gone.

The double-booked hammam

Two therapists, one hot room, a WhatsApp booking and a walk-in taken at the desk for the same slot. Availability that doesn't know about rooms and staff isn't availability.

Transfers arranged by phone

Free hotel pick-up is your best selling point and your biggest admin cost: which hotel, which lobby, what time, which driver. The guest still waits in the wrong place.

Prices nobody can find

A treatment menu in a PDF, prices in three currencies on three pages, and 'contact us for packages'. A guest on a sunbed wants a price and a time, in their currency, and a button.

What we build for you, from the ground up

  1. Therapist- and room-aware availability

Each treatment needs a room type, a duration, a therapist with the right skill and a clean-down gap. The engine offers only slots where all of that is free, holds the slot while the guest decides and reserves in one transaction. A couples' treatment reserves two therapists and one room at once.

  2. Menu with prices, packages and add-ons

The treatment menu in your brand with prices in the guest's currency, packages that combine treatments, add-ons such as a scrub or a longer massage, and a live price as they build the booking.

  3. Deposit by Apple Pay or card

A deposit per booking, or full payment for packages, taken at booking. A guest who arrives has it taken off the bill or refunded automatically; a no-show has paid for the room.

  4. Hotel pick-up built into the booking

The guest picks their hotel from a list, the system sets the pick-up time from your route plan, and the driver gets a run sheet on their phone with every lobby pinned in Apple Maps.

  5. Front-desk iPhone diary

Today's bookings by room and therapist, arrivals, who's in the transfer van, walk-ins added in seconds, and one tap to mark done or no-show. Passkey sign-in; every therapist can see their own day.

  6. WhatsApp and email reminders

Confirmation with what to bring, a reminder the evening before with the pick-up time, 'your driver is outside', and a thank-you with a rebooking link the day after. In the guest's language.

  7. Hotel and agent partners

Hotels and reps get their own login to book guests in, see availability and track their commission, instead of phoning the desk. Every partner booking is a real booking with a deposit.

  8. Owner's numbers

Revenue by treatment, therapist utilisation, room occupancy, no-show rate, partner commissions and daily takings, on one screen with CSV export.

The Apple layer your guests actually notice

Live Activity: pick-up and treatment on the lock screen

The guest's lock screen counts down to the pick-up, shows 'driver on the way', then the treatment time and room. No 'where is the van?' messages.

The booking in Apple Wallet

A pass with the treatments, time, pick-up point, what's paid and your number, with a QR the desk scans on arrival. Appears on the lock screen as the guest reaches you.

Meeting point in Apple Maps, reminders that add themselves

One tap to the exact lobby or, for walk-ins, to your door. The pick-up time adds itself to the guest's calendar with an alert.

App Clip QR at the hotel and the desk

A card in the hotel lobby or on the sunbed opens an App Clip with no download: menu, price, next free slot, pay the deposit with Apple Pay. At your desk, the same QR adds a treatment or a tip.

Widgets for the desk and the driver

Today's arrivals, the next pick-up and rooms in use on the home screen. The driver's Dynamic Island shows the next hotel while they're at the current one.

Payments in Türkiye, done properly

Deposits and package payments go through your own iyzico or PayTR account or your bank's virtual POS, so UK and EU cards and Apple Pay work and the money goes straight to you; we never hold it. Guests see pounds or euros, you settle in lira. Deposits come off the bill or refund automatically on arrival, no-shows keep the deposit without a call, and there is no booking-site commission.

Built and running: the examples this comes from

Questions we get asked

Most of our guests come through hotel reps. Does this help?

Yes. Reps get a login and book guests into real availability with a deposit, and see their commission. You keep the channel and lose the phone calls and the no-shows.

Will a tourist pay a deposit for a massage?

They pay for everything else on holiday by card. What puts them off is a transfer to an IBAN; a card or Apple Pay payment in their own currency on a clear page is normal.

Can walk-ins still be added at the desk?

In seconds, from the iPhone app, into the same availability, so a walk-in can never take a room a booked guest is about to use.

What does it cost?

Fixed price agreed up front for the first release, scoped to your menu, rooms and partners. You own the code and the data; no monthly licence and no commission.

Do you visit the spa?

No. Everything is built and delivered remotely from the UK with video calls; your desk tests the app on their own iPhones before launch.

Send us your treatment menu

Your menu, your rooms and how bookings arrive today. We'll reply with a written plan for availability, deposits, transfers and the desk app, then talk it through on a video call.
