What goes wrong today
A GBP price list and "please email us for availability"
The tariff is public but the calendar is in someone's head. Every enquiry is an email, a wait, and a guest who has meanwhile booked somewhere that answered instantly.
Deposits into a UK bank account, by hand
Bank details sent after the reservation, a transfer that may or may not arrive, no receipt, and a refund that depends on someone remembering. It works until the season gets busy.
A captcha form and a broken newsletter box
Site-builder pages with a contact form that shows raw code or "Something went wrong" lose enquiries silently. Nobody finds out until a guest complains on Tripadvisor.
"Book now" hands the guest to a USD page
A rented engine in a different currency, in a different brand, taking a cut of a guest you found yourself.
What we build for you, from the ground up
Every apartment on a live calendar
Studios, one-beds, family apartments and the villa, each with its own seasons, minimum nights and prices in GBP, EUR and TRY. A booking reserves inside a transaction, so nothing is ever double-booked.
Your published tariff, honoured to the penny
The prices on the site are the prices the engine charges. Change a season in the admin and the calendar changes with it; there is no second price list to keep in step.
Deposit now, balance on arrival
A percentage or a fixed amount by Apple Pay or card at booking, with the balance on arrival, by card link before, or in full. Cancellation rules are settings, and refunds inside the window are automatic.
Confirmations with the way in
WhatsApp and email the moment the deposit clears: dates, apartment, what to bring, check-in time, and your entrance pinned in Apple Maps for the taxi from the airport.
Transfers and extras sold at booking
Airport transfer, cot, early check-in and breakfast as priced add-ons, so "please ask for details" disappears from the site.
One app for the family that runs it
A native iPhone app with arrivals, departures, changeovers and payments. The person taking bookings in the UK and the person on site see the same list, with Face ID sign-in and no shared passwords.
Airbnb and Booking.com blocked both ways
Calendar sync so a direct booking closes the apartment on the marketplaces, and a marketplace booking closes it on your site.
Reviews asked for at the right moment
A message the day after checkout with your Tripadvisor or Google link, sent from a persistent job queue that retries, so it goes even when the network does not.
The Apple layer your guests actually notice
A countdown to the holiday
A Live Activity on the guest's lock screen counts down to check-in, then shows the transfer pickup and your door code on the day.
The booking in Apple Wallet
A pass in your colours with the apartment, dates and reference, surfacing on the lock screen as the taxi turns into your road.
Directions and reminders that set themselves
Your entrance opens in Apple Maps with one tap, and the check-in time and transfer land in the guest's reminders without them typing anything.
QR order-and-pay at the pool bar
If you run a bar or restaurant, a code on the table opens an App Clip with the menu; guests order and pay or charge it to the apartment, nothing to download.

Questions we get asked
How long does it take?
The site and booking calendar come first so next season's tariff goes live with a working deposit; the apps and Apple features follow. We agree a dated plan on a video call. Building over the closed season is ideal.
What does it cost?
Fixed price agreed up front after one call to scope it. No monthly fee, no commission, and the system is yours.
Do we need to change our bank?
No. We connect your own iyzico or PayTR account or your bank's virtual POS. If you currently take deposits into a UK account, card payments simply replace the bank transfer.
Can it work alongside Booking.com and Airbnb?
Yes. Calendar sync keeps every apartment blocked both ways, and you can keep a rented engine running until you are happy to switch it off.
Who owns it, and do you need to visit?
You own the code, the data and the accounts. Everything is built in Cheshire and delivered remotely over video calls and WhatsApp, which suits a business run partly from the UK anyway.
