Guests have read about deposits that never came back and card blocks that took weeks to lift. A deposit taken by card on your own site, with a refund window that enforces itself, is one they'll pay without a second thought.

What we build for you, from the ground up
One calendar for rooms, spaces and dates
Garden, terrace, main hall and private room each have their own availability and capacity. An enquiry creates a hold that expires unless the deposit is paid; a paid deposit locks the date in one transaction. No spreadsheet, no double booking.
Enquiry to quote to deposit, on your site
Date, guest count, space, menu tier and extras produce a live price from your own rate card. The client approves a versioned quote and pays the deposit by Apple Pay or card. Everything they agreed is written down and can't drift.
Group table bookings with a per-head deposit
For restaurant nights and shows: a table of twelve pays a small per-seat deposit at booking, refunded automatically when they arrive or credited to the bill. Tables released after a set no-show window, as you decide.
Guest lists and door scanning
The host shares a link; guests RSVP and receive an Apple Wallet invitation. On the night your team scans passes at the door on an iPhone and sees the live headcount.
QR order-and-pay at the bar and tables
A QR on the table opens your menu as an App Clip with no download; guests order and pay with Apple Pay, the bar sees tickets in order, and the tab is closed before anyone argues about it. Prices are visible, in the guest's currency if you like.
Music-reactive visuals for the dance floor
Screens or a projector wall driven by the live audio: seventeen visualiser modes that follow the beat, recoloured to your brand or the couple's, with a simple control for whoever runs the room. The same software already ships on Arcade Wow cabinets.
Supplier and staff schedule
Caterer, DJ, florist, security and your own staff assigned per event with call times. Each person gets the parts of the plan that concern them, on their phone.
The owner's admin and iPhone app
Upcoming events, holds about to expire, deposits taken, balances due and bar takings per night. Sign in with Face ID. The native app shows tonight's event on your lock screen.
The Apple layer your guests actually notice
Live Activity for the host and for you
The person who booked sees the countdown to their event and, on the night, the running order. Your manager's lock screen shows doors, headcount and the next cue.
Invitations and tickets in Apple Wallet
Each guest carries a pass in the event's design with a QR for the door. It updates itself if the start time moves and surfaces on the lock screen as they arrive.
The venue in Apple Maps, transfer reminders
One tap to directions to the right entrance, not the postcode. Shuttle times from the hotel add themselves to the guest's calendar with an alert.
App Clip QR at every table
Menu, order, pay, tip, request a song: all inside an App Clip that opens from the QR with nothing to install. Works for tourists with no Turkish and no app store account.
Widgets and Dynamic Island for the floor
A widget with tonight's headcount and bar takings. Bar staff see the next order ticket in the Dynamic Island while pouring the current one.

Questions we get asked
We already use a QR menu. Isn't this the same?
A QR menu is a PDF in disguise. This one takes the order, takes the payment with Apple Pay, prints the ticket at the bar and closes the tab. It's built on your own domain, so it doesn't vanish when a subscription lapses.
Will guests pay a deposit for a dinner table?
Local venues already take per-seat deposits for busy nights, and guests accept it when it's a card payment on a proper site with clear refund terms. The deposit comes off the bill or refunds itself on arrival, so a guest who turns up pays nothing extra.
Can the visuals run without a DJ?
Yes. They listen to whatever is playing, from a DJ, a band or your own playlist, and react in real time. Whoever runs the room picks a mode and colours from a phone.
How much, and what do we own?
Fixed price agreed up front for the first release, scoped to what you want live for next season. You own the code, the data and the apps; no monthly licence to us and no commission per booking or per order.
Do you come to the venue to set it up?
No, everything is delivered remotely from the UK with video calls, and the screens and printers are set up by following a plain guide we write for your team. It's how we've delivered every system so far.
