What we would build for a dental clinic
UK patients book in UK time, pay a deposit, and arrive knowing exactly what happens next
A patient in Manchester planning implants in Fethiye is comparing five clinics on their phone. We build you the system that wins: video consultation slots shown in their time zone, a deposit by Apple Pay or card in pounds, a portal with the treatment plan and stage-by-stage payments, and a native iPhone diary for your clinic team.

What goes wrong today
Slots in Turkish time for patients in London
A generic booking widget shows 10:00 to 14:30 every day, in Türkiye's time zone, with a Turkish placeholder in the English form. The patient books the wrong hour or gives up and messages a competitor on WhatsApp.
'We will WhatsApp you to arrange a time'
Every enquiry becomes a manual conversation. Your coordinators spend the day arranging calls instead of running treatment, and a patient who enquired at 23:00 UK time waits until morning.
The patient who booked flights and never came
A treatment week held in the diary, a surgeon's time blocked, a lab order placed, and a cancellation by message the day before. A deposit taken on the card at booking is the only thing that makes a held week real.
The plan lives in a PDF and three chats
Quote, revised quote, X-rays, the lab timeline, what's paid and what's due: the patient can't find any of it, and neither can the coordinator covering for a colleague.
What we build for you, from the ground up
Consultation slots in the patient's time zone
Video consultations and in-clinic appointments shown in the patient's local time, generated from your real clinic hours and each dentist's availability. The slot is held while they book and reserved in one transaction, so two patients can never take the same chair.
Deposit by Apple Pay or card, in pounds
A consultation deposit or a treatment-week deposit taken at booking through your own payment account, shown to the patient in pounds or euros. Refundable inside your terms automatically; kept without a phone call if they don't come.
Treatment plan portal with stage payments
One sign-in for the patient: the plan by stage, the price per stage as a versioned quote they approve, what's paid and what's due, X-rays and photos, aftercare sheets, and the travel schedule. When the lab date moves, the portal moves with it.
The treatment week, scheduled
Arrival, first appointment, surgery, lab days, fitting, final check: a timeline the patient sees, the clinic sees and the hotel or transfer partner can be given access to. Capacity per surgeon and per chair is checked before a week is confirmed.
WhatsApp and email that speak both languages
Deposit received, consultation link an hour before, 'here's your plan to approve', payment due, pre-op instructions, aftercare on day one, three and seven, and a check-in six months later. Written once, sent by the system with retries.
Native iPhone diary for the clinic
Each dentist and coordinator sees today's patients, the stage they're at, notes and the next appointment, with passkey sign-in and a deep link from a message straight to the patient. Built the way The Chair is built for The Buxton Barber.
UK roadshow bookings
If you run consultation days in London or Manchester, they are a venue and a date in the same calendar, with slots in UK time and the address in Apple Maps. No separate widget, no broken 'November' heading in February.
Invoices, stage payments and refunds in one ledger
Every patient is a project with deposits, stage payments and refunds against it. What's owed, what's paid and what's set aside, exportable for the accountant.
The Apple layer your guests actually notice
Live Activity: the treatment week on the lock screen
Before the trip, the countdown to the flight. During the week, today's appointment time, the clinic address and 'next: fitting, Thursday 10:00'. For a video consultation, a countdown with a join button.
Appointment pass in Apple Wallet
Patient name, dentist, date, time in local and UK time, the clinic address and your WhatsApp number. It updates itself when the appointment moves and appears on the lock screen near the clinic.
Clinic in Apple Maps, reminders that add themselves
One tap from the hotel to your door. Appointment times, 'nothing to eat after midnight' and aftercare check-ins add themselves as reminders.
App Clip QR at reception
Scan at the desk to check in, confirm details, sign the consent form and pay the stage balance with Apple Pay, with nothing to download.
Widgets for the coordinators
Patients arriving this week, plans awaiting approval, payments due and consultations today, on the home screen. The next patient sits in the Dynamic Island during the current one.

Questions we get asked
We already have a website. Do we have to replace it?
No. The booking journey and the patient portal can sit on your existing site as their own pages in your brand, or we build the whole site. Either way the booking engine is yours.
Is patient data handled properly?
The system runs on your own server or hosting account, in your name, with passkey sign-in for staff, encrypted storage and an audit trail of who saw what. We build to KVKK and UK GDPR requirements and document it for you.
Can patients still contact us on WhatsApp?
Yes, and a coordinator can turn that chat into a booking in the app in seconds, sending a link for the deposit. WhatsApp stays the conversation; the system becomes the record.
What does it cost and who owns it?
Fixed price agreed up front for the first release, usually the booking journey and deposits first, the portal second. You own the code, the data and the App Store listing; no monthly licence to us and no commission per patient.
Do you visit the clinic?
No. Everything is designed, built and delivered remotely from the UK with video calls; your team tests the apps on their own iPhones before anything goes live.
Show us how a UK patient books with you today
Send your current booking page and a typical treatment plan. We'll reply with a written plan for the slots, the deposit, the portal and the team app, then walk through it on a video call.
