What we would build for a digital agency
The parts your studio outsources, built end to end and delivered under your name.
When a client asks for a native iPhone app, a checkout that is not a template, a 3D configurator or a design system, we build it with you, remotely, and it ships as your work. One engineer-designer for the database, the interface and the launch, with shipped products to show for it.

What goes wrong today
Reselling templates is a race to the bottom
Agencies in every resort town sell the same themes with different logos, and clients have noticed. The margin is in work that cannot be bought off a shelf.
The client wants an app and you have no Swift
A wrapper around the website is not what they meant. A native app with Face ID, Live Activities and widgets is, and it needs someone who has shipped them.
Freelancers who vanish mid-project
A marketplace developer delivers half, stops answering, and your name is on the deadline. You need a partner who works like part of the studio.
Payments in Türkiye are not a plugin
Stripe is not available, iyzico and PayTR each behave differently, and a checkout that settles wrongly costs the client money. It has to be written properly.
What we build for you, from the ground up
Native iPhone and Android apps
Swift 6 and SwiftUI on iOS 27 with Liquid Glass, widgets, Live Activities and App Intents; Kotlin and Compose twins for Android with hardware-backed encrypted storage. The CLH customer and staff apps and Hillcraft Finance are the shipped proof.
Checkouts and booking engines from the ground up
Transactional booking with holds and deposits, checkouts with verified webhooks and one-transaction settlement on iyzico, PayTR, bank virtual POS, Stripe, PayPal or BTCPay. The Buxton Barber engine and the Stroba checkout, adapted to your client.
3D configurators
Real-time three.js scenes the customer rotates, recolours and clicks, code-split with an SVG fallback, feeding choices straight into a quote. The Arcade Wow cabinet configurator is live.
Design systems
Tokens, themes, components and motion specs the client's whole estate consumes, so web, app and kiosk look like one company. The Arcade Wow system and the STROBA brand world are the references.
Rust engines, kiosks and event tech
Real-time audio visualisers, kiosk shells with watchdogs, fleet monitors and branded cabinets, the stack behind the Leapmotor B05 launch at Ministry of Sound and the AWOW Jukebox.
Native Mac and TV apps
tvOS, macOS and Android TV from one team: AirCast is in public beta, Pasty is sold direct with trials, notarised builds and auto-updates.
Finance and operations backends
Invoicing, expenses, tax engines with test vectors, bank webhooks, event-sourced stock ledgers, capacity scheduling. Hillcraft Finance and AWOW Stock run in production.
Delivered as your work
NDA, your repositories, your client calls with or without us on them, and code the client owns. We are the build partner, not the name on the invoice to the client.
The Apple layer your guests actually notice
Live Activities you can promise
The client's order, booking or job on the customer's lock screen. Hillcraft Finance ships them on iOS 27 today, so the pitch is backed by a shipped app.
App Clips from QR
A menu, a ticket, a product or a booking that opens instantly from a printed QR with Apple Pay ready, no download, for any client with a physical presence.
Apple Wallet passes
Tickets, loyalty cards, bookings and deliveries as passes that update themselves and pin the venue in Apple Maps.
Widgets and App Intents
Home Screen widgets, Siri shortcuts and on-device intelligence for summaries, the way Hillcraft Finance uses them.
Native TV
Hotel room guides, venue programmes and signage as real tvOS and Android TV apps rather than a browser on a stick.

Questions we get asked
Will your name appear anywhere?
Only if you want it to. By default the work ships under your studio's name, in your repositories, with an NDA.
Do you join client calls?
If it helps, yes, by video, as part of your team. Otherwise we brief you and you run the room. Everything is remote from Cheshire.
How do you price agency work?
Fixed price agreed up front per deliverable, scoped on a video call from the client brief, so you can quote your client with a margin and no surprises.
Can you work inside our existing stack?
Yes. SvelteKit, Next.js, Node, PostgreSQL, SQLite, Swift, Kotlin and Rust are all in production work you can see; we fit into your repositories and pipelines rather than replacing them.
Who owns the code?
Your client, through you. No licences back to Hillcraft, no dependency on us to keep it running.
Send us the brief you were about to decline.
A client asked for something your studio does not build in-house. Send the brief and we reply with a scope, a fixed price and the shipped work that proves we can, delivered remotely with a video call whenever you want one.
