HILLCRAFT

What we would build for a water sports

Sessions sold from the hotel pool, waiver signed before they reach the beach

A booking and payment system built from the ground up for your beach: jet skis, parasailing, banana rides, SUP and kayak sessions on your own site with live capacity per slot, an Apple Pay or card deposit at booking, and the waiver signed on the phone before they arrive. WhatsApp confirmations with the launch point in Apple Maps, and a beach-side iPhone app for the team.

Built and delivered remotely from Cheshire, UK · fixed price agreed up front

What goes wrong today

Bookings shouted across the beach

A whiteboard by the hut, a phone that rings while someone is refuelling a jet ski, and a family that was told "come back at three" and did not.

Waivers signed wet, on paper

A clipboard at the water's edge, a signature nobody can read, and a form that blows away. The one time it matters, it cannot be found.

Cash only, no receipt

Sessions paid in notes at the hut, no record of who paid what, and the owner's takings a guess at the end of the day.

The parasail booked twice at four

Two hotel reps, one boat, one slot, and two families on the beach at the same time. Somebody gets a refund and a bad afternoon.

What we build for you, from the ground up

  1. Slots with live capacity per activity

Jet skis by machine and fifteen-minute slot, parasailing by boat run, banana and ringo by seat, SUP and kayak by board. A place is held while the guest pays and reserved inside a transaction, so nothing is double-booked.

  2. Deposit by Apple Pay, balance at the hut

A deposit the moment they book, the balance by card on the phone or by QR at the hut. Wind and sea-state cancellations refund automatically; no-shows do not.

  3. Waiver signed at booking

Age, swimming ability, the safety briefing acknowledged and the waiver signed on the phone before the day, stored against the booking, so the beach team just checks a tick.

  4. Hotel reps selling from the same slots

Reps and hotels get their own links, sell from live capacity, and see their bookings and commission. Two reps can no longer sell the same parasail run.

  5. Confirmations with the launch point pinned

WhatsApp and email with the time, the exact spot on the beach in Apple Maps, what to wear and the rules, and a reminder an hour before.

  6. Photos and video sold after the ride

The GoPro clip and the photos from the boat offered by message straight after, paid by Apple Pay, with the next session bookable in the same tap.

  7. The beach team's iPhone app

Today's slots by machine and boat, who is next, who has signed, who has paid, and fuel and machine notes, in a native app with Face ID sign-in that works with wet hands and sun on the screen.

The Apple layer your guests actually notice

The session on the lock screen

A Live Activity counts down to the slot, shows the machine or boat and lets the guest say they are five minutes away.

The pass in Apple Wallet

A pass in your brand with the activity, the slot and the waiver status, appearing on the lock screen at the beach and scanned at the hut.

The launch point in Apple Maps

Beaches are long. One tap opens the exact hut, and the slot time adds itself to reminders.

Book the next ride by App Clip

A code on the hut opens the day's remaining slots for booking and paying by Apple Pay, with nothing installed, for the family walking past.

Today's takings in a widget

For the owner: sessions sold, machines out and takings on the home screen, and the next slot in the Dynamic Island.

Payments in Türkiye, done properly

Deposits, balances and photo sales settle into your own iyzico or PayTR account or your bank's virtual POS; your bank stays as it is and Hillcraft never holds the money. UK and EU guests pay in GBP or EUR with Apple Pay or any card and see the amount in their currency before they confirm. Nothing sold on your own site carries a marketplace commission, and a weather cancellation or a refund inside your window goes back to the same card automatically.

Questions we get asked

How long does it take?

Slots, deposits and the waiver come first so next season opens with sessions bookable from the hotel; the team app, Wallet passes and photo sales follow. We agree a dated plan on a video call, and the winter is the time to build.

What does it cost?

Fixed price agreed up front after a call to scope the activities, machines and reps. No monthly fee and no commission per session.

Do we need to change our bank?

No. Payments run through your own iyzico or PayTR account or your bank's virtual POS, and the money goes straight to you.

Can it work alongside hotel reps and walk-ups?

Yes. Reps sell from the same live slots through their own links, walk-ups are added from the app or by the QR on the hut, and the capacity is one truth for everyone.

Who owns it, and do you need to come to the beach?

You own the code, the data and the accounts. Everything is built in Cheshire and delivered remotely over video calls and WhatsApp; your activity list, machines and slot times are all we need.

Tell us what is on the beach

How many machines, which activities, how the reps sell today and how the waiver works now. One video call to scope it, then a written plan.
