3D cabinet configurator in the browser
Rotate it, recolour it, swap the marquee, click a part to jump to that part's collection or a bespoke-build brief. Real-time three.js, code-split so it only loads when needed, a 2D fallback for old phones, and every choice feeds straight into a quote and a deposit.
A storefront built from scratch
Catalogue, collections, product pages with variants, reviews and cross-sells, a cart, a checkout that creates pending orders, server-side discount validation, and a serial number captured on the order for the cabinet's warranty. No platform fees, no template.
Play-to-unlock discounts
Nine single-file browser games on the store: beat a score, get a code, validated server-side with an atomic usage limit. Customers spend longer on the site and tell their friends.
The cabinet software itself
A front-end guests touch: a menu with live attract previews, visible prices and a shared credit wallet. Under it a Rust engine written for a Raspberry Pi that drives 1080p on a low-power board, with an append-only wallet and a certification tied to the ROM and engine build. Plus a jukebox with 187 radio stations, AirPlay, Bluetooth and seventeen visualisers, sold as an upgrade.
Stock ledger with build recipes
Every stock change is an immutable movement. A build deducts a whole cabinet recipe atomically, with lock ordering so two builders can't race. Face ID passkeys, invite by QR with roles, low-stock push alerts, photograph a part now and name it later, supplier-grouped order sheets. In production at the workshop today.
Deposits, build stages and delivery
A cabinet is a deposit, a build, a balance and a delivery. The customer pays the deposit by Apple Pay or card, follows the build in a portal with photos from the workshop, pays the balance before dispatch and books a delivery slot.
Design system and brand
Colour, type, spacing, motion and effect tokens, so the store, the cabinet screen, the emails and the configurator look like one company. Your brand becomes a system, not a logo file.

Live Activity: the build on the customer's lock screen
From deposit to delivery: 'in the workshop', 'painting', 'testing', 'on the van', with the delivery window counting down on the day.
The order and warranty in Apple Wallet
A pass with the order number, the cabinet's serial, the warranty end date and your support number.
Delivery in Apple Maps, reminders that add themselves
The delivery slot goes into the customer's calendar with an alert. Your driver's app has the address pinned with the access note.
App Clip QR on the cabinet
A QR inside the coin door opens an App Clip with no download: the manual, a support request with a photo, and the parts shop for that exact model.
Widgets for the workshop
Builds in progress, parts running low, orders awaiting balance, on the home screen. The stock app pushes an alert when a part drops below its threshold.

Questions we get asked
We import machines rather than build them. Is this still relevant?
Yes. The storefront, the configurator for options and colours, the stock ledger and the order portal all apply. The cabinet software applies to any machine you can fit a small board into.
Can you license the cabinet software instead of rebuilding it?
The Arcade Wow software belongs to Arcade Wow. For you we build a system in your brand with the same approach, and you own it outright.
How is the stock ledger different from a spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet stores a number; the ledger stores every movement, so you can see who took what and when, undo a mistake with a mirror movement, and never have two people overwrite the same count.
What does it cost?
Fixed price agreed up front per phase: storefront and configurator first, ledger and cabinet software after, or whichever order suits you. You own everything.
Do you need to be in the workshop?
No. Everything is delivered remotely from the UK with video calls; the cabinet software ships as an image your technician writes to the board.
