What we would build for a beach club
Sunbeds sold the night before, cocktails ordered from the lounger
A booking and payment system built from the ground up for your beach club: front-row sunbeds, daybeds and restaurant tables reserved on your own site with an Apple Pay or card deposit, WhatsApp confirmations with the beach pinned in Apple Maps, and QR order-and-pay from the lounger with nothing to download. On the DJ deck, seventeen music-reactive visualisers in your brand.
Built and delivered remotely from Cheshire, UK · fixed price agreed up front
What goes wrong today
Sunbeds "bookable online" that are not
An Instagram post from last season saying you can now book sunbeds online, and a site that no longer does. Guests arrive at ten to find the front row taken by whoever came at eight.
A daybed menu and no way to pay for it
A reservations page and a beach price list, and no deposit or card step anywhere. The daybed for six held by phone on Saturday is empty by noon.
Charged twice for the same drink
A tab run from the bar in the guest's absence, a £15 charge that appears twice, and a review that says so. A tab on the guest's own phone cannot do that.
Day visitors with no way in
A private beach and a restaurant open to outside guests, with no day-pass, no restaurant booking, and only an apartment reservation button on the site.
What we build for you, from the ground up
The beach as a map you sell from
Front row, second row, daybeds, cabanas and restaurant tables on a plan with prices by day of week and season. A guest picks the spot, it is held while they pay, and it is reserved inside a transaction so the same bed is never sold twice.
Deposits and day passes by card
A deposit or the full day pass taken by Apple Pay or card, deducted from the bar bill on the day if that is your policy, kept if the guest never appears. Refunds inside your window are automatic.
Order-and-pay from the lounger
A code on each bed opens your menu as an App Clip. Guests order, keep the tab on their own card and pay when they leave; the bar sees bed numbers, not shouted orders.
The shuttle and the boat
If guests come by shuttle boat or minibus from the hotels, pickup slots are chosen at booking, capped by seats, and the driver or captain gets the list on an iPhone.
Events, DJs and sunset sets
A what's-on page with tables and tickets for the Saturday DJ and the full-moon party, delivered to Apple Wallet, with a WhatsApp and email list that gets the line-up first.
Visuals on the DJ deck
Seventeen music-reactive visualisers in your colours on the screens by the deck, driven live by the DJ's audio. The same Rust engine that ships on Arcade Wow cabinets, with a phone controller for whoever runs the sound.
The beach on an iPhone
A native app for the manager and the beach team: today's reservations by row, who has arrived, open tabs and takings, with Face ID sign-in.
The Apple layer your guests actually notice
Tomorrow's sunbed on the lock screen
A Live Activity counts down to the shuttle or the reservation, then shows the bed number and the tab total through the day.
The day pass in Apple Wallet
A pass in your brand with the row, the bed and the date, appearing on the lock screen at the gate and scanned in a second.
The beach in Apple Maps
One tap opens the beach entrance or the jetty for the boat, and the reservation and shuttle time add themselves to reminders.
The App Clip on the bed
Scan the code, the menu opens instantly, order and pay with Apple Pay. No download, no waiting for someone with a card machine to walk down the beach.
Today in a widget
For the manager: beds sold, arrivals and takings on the home screen, and the next shuttle in the Dynamic Island.
Payments in Türkiye, done properly

Questions we get asked
How long does it take?
Reservations and deposits come first so the season opens with sunbeds sold in advance; order-from-the-lounger, events and the visuals follow. We agree a dated plan on a video call, and the closed season is the time to build.
What does it cost?
Fixed price agreed up front after a call to scope the beach plan, the bar and the screens. No monthly fee and no commission per bed or per order.
Do we need to change our bank?
No. Everything runs through your own iyzico or PayTR account or your bank's virtual POS, alongside the card machines you already have.
Can it work alongside hotel reps and Instagram?
Yes. Reps and hotels get their own booking links and see their guests, every Instagram post carries the sunbed link, and walk-ups are added from the iPhone app so the plan stays true.
Who owns it, and do you need to see the beach?
You own the code, the data, the visuals and the accounts. Everything is built in Cheshire and delivered remotely over video calls and WhatsApp; a drone shot or a sketch of the rows is enough to draw the plan.
Send us a photo of the beach
How many beds, what a Saturday looks like and whether there is a DJ. One video call to scope it, then a written plan.
