HILLCRAFT

What we would build for a shop, boutique and chain

One store online, live stock in every branch, and the day's takings on your lock screen.

We build the whole retail system for a shop or a small chain: an online store built from scratch in your brand, click and collect per branch, a stock ledger where every shop is one audited truth, a loyalty club with referral and streak rewards, and native iPhone apps for the owner and the floor. Owned by you, no platform rent.

Built and delivered remotely from Cheshire, UK · fixed price agreed up front

What goes wrong today

The online shop is a rented template

A monthly fee, a cut of sales, a checkout that looks like every other, and a product page that cannot be what your brand needs. The customer list belongs to the platform.

Nobody knows what is in the other branch

A customer asks for a size, a phone call to the other shop, a walk to the shelf, a guess. A single ledger with a movement for every sale, transfer and delivery makes the answer instant and true.

Loyalty on a paper card

Stamps get lost, nobody refers a friend for a stamp, and you learn nothing about who comes back. A club that lives in Apple Wallet does all three.

The owner sees the numbers a week later

Takings per branch arrive as a spreadsheet on Monday. They should be on your phone at closing time.

What we build for you, from the ground up

  1. An online store built from scratch

Catalogue, collections, variants, reviews and cross-sells, a cart in a glass drawer, server-side discount validation with an atomic usage claim, full SEO with structured data, and a theme engine. The ground-up build behind the Arcade Wow storefront, in your brand.

  2. Click and collect per branch

The customer picks the branch, the store checks that branch's live stock, the order lands on that branch's app, and a message says when it is ready.

  3. One stock ledger across every branch

Every sale, delivery, transfer and stock take is an immutable movement; quantities per branch are a projection. Transfers are requested on the app, ticked when packed and ticked when received. AWOW Stock, reshaped for retail.

  4. A loyalty club

Points, referral rewards and streak bonuses, the club we built for The Buxton Barber, with the card in Apple Wallet and a members' price on the online store.

  5. Gift cards and vouchers

Sold online or in store, redeemed in either, validated on the server so a balance can never be spent twice.

  6. An owner app with the day's numbers

Takings per branch, online orders, low stock and what is owed, in a Swift iPhone app with Face ID, exportable as CSV for the accountant, the way The Buxton Barber's owner sees his day.

  7. A floor app for staff

Stock checks by scanning the label, transfers, click-and-collect handover and stock takes, with roles per branch and invites by one-use QR.

  8. Invoicing, expenses and tax

Supplier invoices, expenses per branch and a tax set-aside from Hillcraft Finance, the system Hillcraft runs itself.

The Apple layer your guests actually notice

Collection orders on the lock screen

The customer's iPhone shows the order as a Live Activity: being packed, ready at the Çalış branch, collected, using the same iOS 27 technology Hillcraft Finance ships today.

The loyalty card in Apple Wallet

Points and the next reward on a Wallet pass that shows the nearest branch in Apple Maps and surfaces on the lock screen when the customer is nearby.

A QR on the shelf that checks stock

Scan the shelf tag and an App Clip shows sizes in this branch and the others, with Apple Pay to reserve one for collection. No download.

Takings widget for the owner

Today's takings per branch on the Home Screen and the lock screen, updated as sales are made.

Apple Pay online and in store

Two-tap checkout on the store, and the same account behind the counter, through your own payment provider.

Payments in Türkiye, done properly

Cards and Apple Pay go through your own account: iyzico, PayTR or your bank's virtual POS in Türkiye, which also take UK and EU cards, or Stripe in the UK. Stripe is not available in Türkiye, so the checkout is built to your provider. Hillcraft never holds your money; the provider's confirmed status settles the order and moves stock in one transaction.

Questions we get asked

Can it connect to our till?

Yes, where the till exposes sales, or the floor app can be the till for small shops, with the payment account you already have behind it.

We have two branches now and might open a third. Does that matter?

No. A branch is a row in the system. Adding one adds a location to the ledger and a role to the app, nothing else changes.

How is it priced?

Fixed price agreed up front for the whole system after a video call about your products, branches and how you sell today. No monthly platform fee, no cut of sales.

Can UK and EU visitors pay online?

Yes. iyzico and PayTR accept foreign cards, and prices can be shown in pounds or euros alongside lira.

Who owns the store and the data?

You do: code, customer list, stock history and accounts, on your own domain and your own payment provider.

Tell us what you sell and where.

Send us your branches, your range and a link to whatever you sell online today. We reply with a plain description of the store, the ledger and the apps we would build, delivered remotely from Cheshire with a video call whenever you want one.
