HILLCRAFT

What we would build for an aesthetics and health tourism

From the first video call to the last aftercare message, on a system you own

Patients travelling for hair transplants, dental veneers, surgery or skin treatments book on their phones, from another country, weeks ahead. We build you a booking site with consultation slots in their time zone, a deposit by Apple Pay or card, a portal with the plan and the travel schedule, aftercare that sends itself, and a native iPhone diary for your team.

What goes wrong today

Enquiry forms that go nowhere

A form that emails a shared inbox, a reply two days later, a WhatsApp number in the signature. The patient has already had a video call with the clinic that answered first.

Deposits by international transfer

Asking a patient abroad to wire money to an IBAN before they've met you loses a share of them at their bank's fraud warning. A card payment on your own site, in their currency, with an instant receipt, doesn't.

The surgeon's day blocked for a no-show

A treatment day held for a patient who changed their mind after booking flights, with no deposit to cover the theatre, the team or the lost slot.

Aftercare by memory

Day-three washing instructions, the two-week check, the six-month photos: a coordinator remembers most of them, most of the time. The patient who's forgotten is the one who leaves the review.

What we build for you, from the ground up

  1. Consultation and treatment-day booking

Video consultation slots in the patient's time zone from each practitioner's real availability, and treatment days checked against theatre and team capacity before they're confirmed. Held while the patient decides, reserved in one transaction.

  2. Deposit and stage payments by card

A deposit at booking through your own payment account, in pounds or euros, then a payment schedule the patient can see. Refund windows enforce themselves; a no-show keeps the deposit without a difficult call.

  3. Patient portal with plan, photos and travel

The treatment plan as a versioned document they approve, before-and-after photos, consent forms to sign, the itinerary with hotel and transfer times, and what's paid and due. Their partner or parent can be given read-only access.

  4. Aftercare that sends itself

A schedule per procedure: day one, three, seven, fourteen, month one, month six. Instructions, a photo request, a check-in question. Sent by WhatsApp and email in the patient's language, with a reply that lands in the team's app.

  5. Native iPhone diary for the clinic

Practitioners and coordinators see today's patients, the stage they're at, notes and the next step, with passkey sign-in and deep links from messages. Photos taken in the app go straight to the patient's record.

  6. Transfers and hotel partners

Arrival flight, driver, hotel and clinic appointments in one itinerary. The transfer partner sees only the pick-up they need; the patient sees all of it on one screen.

  7. Reviews and follow-up

At the right moment after treatment, a message asks for a review and links to the place you want it. Later, an anniversary check-in. The system does the remembering.

The Apple layer your guests actually notice

Live Activity: the journey on the lock screen

Countdown to the consultation with a join button; countdown to the flight; on treatment days, the next appointment and where. In recovery, 'day 3 of 14: wash instructions' with one tap.

Appointment pass in Apple Wallet

Patient name, practitioner, date, time in local and home time, clinic address and your WhatsApp number. Updates itself when the schedule moves.

Clinic and hotel in Apple Maps, reminders that add themselves

One tap to directions. Pre-treatment instructions, medication times and aftercare steps add themselves as reminders on the patient's phone.

App Clip QR at reception

Check in, confirm identity, sign consent and pay the stage balance with Apple Pay from a QR at the desk, with nothing to install.

Widgets for the coordinators

Arrivals this week, plans awaiting approval, aftercare replies to read and payments due, on the home screen before anything is opened.

Payments in Türkiye, done properly

Deposits and stage payments are taken by Apple Pay or card through your own iyzico or PayTR account or your bank's virtual POS, so UK and EU cards work and the money goes straight to the clinic; we never hold it. The patient sees pounds or euros; you settle in lira. Refunds inside your terms are automatic, every payment sits against the plan the patient approved, and there is no agency or platform commission.

Built and running: the examples this comes from

Questions we get asked

We work with agencies who send us patients. Does this replace them?

It gives you a direct channel that costs no commission, and it can give an agency its own login to book and track their patients in the same system. Both can run side by side.

How is patient data protected?

The system runs in your name on your own hosting, with passkey sign-in for staff, encrypted storage, role-based access and an audit trail. We build to KVKK and UK GDPR requirements and document it for you.

Can before-and-after photos stay private?

Yes. Photos belong to the patient's record and are visible only to the patient and the staff you authorise. Using one publicly requires the patient's consent, recorded in the system.

What does it cost?

Fixed price agreed up front for the first release, usually booking and deposits first, portal and aftercare second. You own the code, the data and the apps; no monthly licence and no commission per patient.

Do you visit?

No. Everything is delivered remotely from the UK with video calls at each stage, and your team tests on their own iPhones before launch.

Show us how a patient abroad books with you today

Send your current enquiry page and a typical patient journey. We'll reply with a written plan for the booking, the deposit, the portal and the aftercare, then walk through it on a video call.
