HILLCRAFT

What we would build for a bungalows, glamping and camping

Every cabin and pitch bookable, with the deposit in

A booking and payment system built from the ground up for your resort: every bungalow, tent and pitch on a live calendar, an Apple Pay or card deposit for the weeks that always sell out, and WhatsApp confirmations with the track in pinned in Apple Maps. Add music-reactive visuals for the full-moon parties and an iPhone app for whoever is on the gate.

Built and delivered remotely from Cheshire, UK · fixed price agreed up front

What goes wrong today

Rates in euros, bookings by hand

The rates page says "we accept all major cards", but every booking is a hand-answered email with no calendar, no deposit and no confirmation until someone gets round to it.

"Book on WhatsApp" and nothing else

One button, one phone, one person answering at 23:00. No terms, no deposit, no record of who said what, and a group that never turns up on the August bank holiday.

An email address that bounces

The info@ on the site has no mailbox behind it, or sits on a host that rejects half the world's mail. Enquiries vanish and nobody knows.

The party with no way to sell tickets

A different event every night, promoted on Instagram, with no way to reserve a table or a spot, and screens showing whatever the DJ's laptop had on it.

What we build for you, from the ground up

  1. Bungalows, tents and pitches on one calendar

Each unit type with its own capacity, seasons, minimum nights and prices in EUR, GBP and TRY. Pitches can be sold by count rather than by number, cabins by name. Nothing is double-booked because reservations happen inside a transaction.

  2. Deposits only when you want them

A card or Apple Pay deposit switched on for peak weeks, festivals and groups, off for a quiet Tuesday in May. The rule is a setting, and refunds inside the window are automatic.

  3. Confirmations with the track in

WhatsApp and email with the exact turning off the road pinned in Apple Maps, what to bring, check-in hours and the number for the gate.

  4. Meals, transfers and activities as add-ons

Half board, the shuttle from the village, a yoga class or a boat trip sold at booking or later from the confirmation link, priced from your own list.

  5. Events and party nights with tickets

A what's-on page where full-moon parties, live sets and dinners are sold as tickets or tables with a deposit, delivered to Apple Wallet and scanned at the gate.

  6. Visuals that follow the music

Seventeen music-reactive visualisers in your colours, driven live by the DJ's audio on a projector or LED wall, the same Rust engine that ships on Arcade Wow cabinets.

  7. The gate on an iPhone

A native app for whoever is on the gate and the owner: today's arrivals, which cabins are ready, who has paid, and a tap to message a late guest.

The Apple layer your guests actually notice

The trip on the lock screen

A Live Activity counts down to the weekend, then shows the shuttle time and check-in on the day, with no app to open on a phone with one bar of signal.

The cabin or ticket in Apple Wallet

The booking, or the party ticket, as a pass in your brand that appears on the lock screen at the gate and is scanned in a second.

The turning in Apple Maps

Campsites are found by a track, not an address. One tap opens the exact spot, and the shuttle and check-in times add themselves to reminders.

QR order-and-pay at the beach bar

A code on the table or the cabin door opens an App Clip with the menu; guests order and pay with Apple Pay, nothing downloaded, no cash to count.

This weekend on the home screen

A widget with arrivals and free pitches for the owner, and tonight's event ticket count in the Dynamic Island.

Payments in Türkiye, done properly

Deposits and ticket money go straight into your own iyzico or PayTR account or your bank's virtual POS; your bank stays as it is and Hillcraft never holds the money. Guests from the UK and Europe pay in GBP or EUR with Apple Pay or any card and see the amount in their currency before confirming. No booking-site commission on anything sold on your own site, and a refund inside your cancellation window goes back to the same card automatically.

Questions we get asked

How long does it take?

The calendar and deposits come first so next season opens with real availability; events, visuals and the gate app follow. We agree a dated plan on a video call, and the winter is the time to build it.

What does it cost?

Fixed price agreed up front after a call to scope the units, the events and the screens. No monthly fee, no commission per booking.

Do we need to change our bank?

No. We connect your own iyzico or PayTR account or your bank's virtual POS and the money goes straight to you.

Can it work alongside Booking.com and Airbnb?

Yes. Calendar sync blocks units both ways, so you keep the marketplaces for the guests who only look there and take everyone else direct.

Who owns it, and do you need to come out?

You own the code, the data and the accounts. Everything is built in Cheshire and delivered remotely over video calls and WhatsApp; the visuals run on hardware you can buy locally and we set up over a call.

Tell us what you have on the site

How many cabins and pitches, what the busy weeks look like, and whether there is a stage. One video call to scope it, then a written plan.
