What we would build for a food producer and wholesale
Retail orders with Apple Pay, restaurant reorders in one tap, and every batch traced from the press to the plate.
We build a complete order-to-delivery system for an olive oil press, a bakery, a cheesemaker or a wholesaler: a storefront built from scratch, a trade portal for restaurants and hotels, a stock ledger with batches and best-before dates, and a driver app that routes delivery day. Owned by you, no marketplace fees.

What goes wrong today
Orders arrive as Instagram messages
A gift box for a birthday, three bottles for an aunt in Manchester, a restaurant asking if you have the 5-litre tins. Each becomes a note, a bank transfer to chase and a delivery to remember.
Marketplace fees on a thin margin
A platform takes a cut of every jar and keeps the customer's details. A storefront you own keeps both.
Batches and best-before in a notebook
When a customer asks which harvest their bottle came from, or a buyer asks for traceability, the answer is in someone's handwriting.
Delivery day runs on memory
Twenty drops, one driver, a list on paper, and a restaurant that rang to change the order after the van left.
What we build for you, from the ground up
A storefront built from scratch
Products, gift sets and subscriptions with Apple Pay and card, in your brand, with full SEO and structured data so the harvest ranks by name. The same ground-up build as the Arcade Wow storefront: no template, no platform fee.
A trade portal for restaurants and hotels
Each account has its price list, standing order, past orders and one-tap reorder before the cut-off. Order confirmations by WhatsApp and email, statements at month end.
Batches and best-before as a ledger
Every pressing, bake or batch is a lot with a date; every sale deducts from a lot; every movement is immutable. Ask which lot went to which customer and the ledger answers. AWOW Stock, reshaped for food.
Delivery-day routing and a driver app
The day's orders become a route in a native iPhone app: stops in order, Apple Maps for each, a tick and a photo at the door, and changes pushed to the driver if a restaurant edits after cut-off. The CLH crew app, on a van instead of a mower.
Subscriptions and gift boxes
A monthly box with skip and pause, gift orders with a message and a different delivery address, and UK shipping options for the diaspora customer.
Invoicing and tax in the same system
Trade invoices raised on dispatch, retail receipts on payment, expenses from the press or the mill, and a tax set-aside from Hillcraft Finance, the system Hillcraft runs itself.
A harvest launch campaign
A launch page for the new season's oil with a campaign email built to render in every inbox, and a pre-order that fills before the press runs.
The Apple layer your guests actually notice
Delivery on the lock screen
On delivery day the customer's iPhone shows a Live Activity: your box is four stops away, then at the door, using the same iOS 27 technology Hillcraft Finance ships today.
A loyalty card in Apple Wallet
The farm-shop or market-stall card as a Wallet pass that counts visits, shows the next reward and pins the stall in Apple Maps on market day.
A QR on the label that reorders
Scan the bottle and an App Clip opens with that product, the lot it came from and a reorder button with Apple Pay. No download, and the restaurant reorders from the empty tin.
The driver's app with Apple Maps
Each stop opens in Apple Maps, the route reorders if a stop is added, and the office sees the van's progress without a phone call.
Owner widgets
Today's orders, lots nearing best-before and what trade accounts owe, on the Home Screen.
Payments in Türkiye, done properly

Questions we get asked
Can restaurants order after hours for the morning run?
Yes. Each account has a cut-off time; orders before it join the morning route automatically, and later ones roll to the next day with a message saying so.
Does it handle traceability for export buyers?
Every sale is tied to a lot, and every lot to its date and inputs, so a buyer's traceability request is an export from the ledger rather than a search through paper.
How is the work priced?
Fixed price agreed up front for the full system after a video call about your products, your trade accounts and how delivery day runs today. No revenue share.
Can we ship to the UK?
The storefront prices in pounds for UK customers, calculates shipping by weight and zone, and prints the customs description from the product record. Carrier accounts stay yours.
Who owns the customer list?
You do, along with the code, the data and the accounts. Nothing sits on a platform that can change its terms.
Tell us what you make and who buys it.
Send us your product list and how a restaurant orders today. We reply with a plain description of the storefront, the trade portal and the delivery app we would build, delivered remotely from Cheshire with a video call whenever you want one.
