What we would build for an arcade, bowling and family entertainment
Parties booked and paid, machines that sell themselves, a wallet that follows the guest
We build the software behind an entertainment venue from the ground up: a booking site where families reserve a lane, a session or a party with a card deposit, Apple Wallet tickets scanned at the door, cabinet software with a shared credit wallet and live attract screens, and branded mini-games that hand out offers. Our cabinet software already runs on Arcade Wow machines in the UK.

What goes wrong today
The birthday party that didn't come
A party for fifteen booked by phone, the lane and the room held, the food ordered, and a message at 14:00 saying they're not coming. No deposit means no cover.
Coins, tokens and the change machine
Guests buy tokens, lose two in a machine that eats them, and leave with six they'll never use. A shared credit wallet that follows them from game to game keeps every lira spent and every complaint avoided.
Machines that sit dark until someone walks past
An attract screen showing live gameplay and a visible price is what makes a guest stop. A blank screen with a sticker doesn't.
A booking widget in the wrong currency
Tourists see USD, locals see a form that emails someone, and both wait for confirmation. Your own site, in your brand, should confirm instantly in the guest's language and currency.
What we build for you, from the ground up
Sessions, lanes and parties with a deposit
Real availability per lane, room or session, with a hold while the family decides and a deposit by Apple Pay or card. Party packages price themselves from your rate card with food, extras and the number of children.
Tickets in Apple Wallet, scanned at the door
Every booking is a pass with a QR. Your team scans on an iPhone, the session starts, and the headcount is live. Group leaders can forward passes to the other parents.
Cabinet software with a shared wallet
A menu with live attract previews of each game, visible prices per play, and a wallet that keeps unused credit as the guest moves between machines, with different limits per title settled correctly. An append-only wallet ledger means the records and the takings always agree.
Guest wallet on the phone
Top up by Apple Pay from a QR on the machine with no app to install, tap to play, see the balance in Apple Wallet. Leftover credit stays for the next visit instead of dying as tokens in a pocket.
Branded mini-games that hand out offers
Single-file browser games in your brand, playable on a phone from a QR at the entrance or in your emails: beat a score, get a code for a free play or a party discount. Nine of them ship on the Arcade Wow store today.
WhatsApp and email confirmations and reminders
Booking confirmed with the passes, a reminder the day before with parking and what to bring, a 'thanks, here's 10% off next time' the day after. Sent by the system in the guest's language.
Owner's admin and 3D configurator
Bookings, sessions, wallet takings per machine and no-shows on one screen with Face ID sign-in. If you also build or sell cabinets, a 3D configurator lets customers spec theirs in the browser and feed it into a quote.
The Apple layer your guests actually notice
Live Activity: the party on the lock screen
The parent's lock screen counts down to the session, then shows the lane number and time remaining. The team's shows the next party arriving and which room is ready.
Tickets and the credit wallet in Apple Wallet
The session ticket with a QR for the door and a credit card-style pass showing the guest's balance, updating as they play.
Apple Maps and reminders
One tap to the car park entrance. The session time adds itself to the family's calendar with an alert an hour before.
App Clip QR on every machine
Scan the cabinet, top up with Apple Pay, play. No app to install, no account to create, works for a tourist with no Turkish.
Widgets for the floor manager
Parties today, lanes in use, takings per machine and a machine that has gone offline, on the home screen. The next party sits in the Dynamic Island.

Questions we get asked
Our machines are from different manufacturers. Can the wallet work with them?
The wallet and menu run on cabinets we can fit with our software; for third-party machines with coin mechs we can add a tap-to-credit reader that pulses the coin line. We'll tell you honestly which machines fit which route.
Will families pay a deposit for a party?
They already do for cakes and venues. A card payment on your own site with clear terms, taken off the bill on the day, is normal; a bank transfer is what puts them off.
Can the mini-games run on the machines too?
Yes. They are single-file games with keyboard, joystick and touch input, so the same game can live on a cabinet, a phone and your website.
What does it cost?
Fixed price agreed up front for the first release, scoped to bookings first or cabinets first as you prefer. You own the code and the data; no monthly licence and no commission.
Do you install on site?
No. We deliver remotely from the UK with a software image, a written setup guide and a video call for the first machine. Your technician does the rest.
Tell us what's on your floor
Send a list of your machines and how parties get booked today. We'll reply with a written plan for bookings, the wallet and the screens, then walk through it on a video call.
