What we would build for a physio, pilates, yoga and gym
A full class, a paid-for slot, and the next session on every member's lock screen
We build your studio or clinic its own booking and membership system: classes and one-to-ones with real capacity, a card deposit or a pack credit taken at booking so a late cancellation is still paid, memberships that renew themselves, a loyalty club with streaks, and native iPhone apps for members and instructors.

What goes wrong today
Eight booked, four turned up
The reformer class was full on paper and half empty in the room, with a waiting list that never got the call. Booking without a deposit or a pack credit is booking on hope.
Bookings by DM, payments by cash
Instagram messages, a WhatsApp group, a notebook at reception and a pack of ten written on a card. Nobody knows how many sessions a member has left, least of all the member.
The subscription app that isn't yours
A generic studio platform with a monthly fee, your members in their database, your brand in their template, and prices in the wrong currency for the tourists who fill the summer classes.
Physio appointments chased by hand
Reminders sent one by one from the clinic phone, the treatment plan in a folder, and a patient who forgot the Thursday session because nothing reminded them.
What we build for you, from the ground up
Classes and one-to-ones with real capacity
A timetable from your real rooms, instructors and equipment: eight reformers means eight places. A place is held while the member decides and reserved in one transaction. Waiting lists fill a cancelled place automatically and tell the next person by WhatsApp.
Deposits, packs and memberships
Drop-ins pay by Apple Pay or card at booking. Pack holders spend a credit, which is returned if they cancel inside your window and kept if they don't. Memberships renew on the card each month with a receipt, and freeze for holidays with one tap.
Loyalty club with streaks
Attendance streaks, referral bonuses and a standing booking so regulars never lose their Tuesday place. Built the way The Buxton Barber's club is built, and it works.
Physio treatment plans and notes
For clinics: a plan per patient with sessions, exercises and progress, visible to the patient in their app and to the therapist in theirs. Home exercise reminders send themselves.
Member app on iPhone
Book, cancel, see credits left, renew a pack, check in with a QR, follow the streak. Native, in your brand, on the App Store under your name.
Instructor and front-desk app
Today's classes with the list, who's checked in, who's on the waiting list, and one tap to mark a no-show. Therapists see their patients and notes. Passkey sign-in, no shared passwords.
WhatsApp and email reminders
Booking confirmed, reminder the evening before, 'a place opened up', pack running low, membership renewing, 'we missed you this week'. Written once, sent by the system.
Owner's numbers
Attendance per class, no-show rate, revenue by membership, pack and drop-in, credits outstanding, and who hasn't been in for three weeks. CSV for the accountant.
The Apple layer your guests actually notice
Live Activity: the next session on the lock screen
Two hours before class, the member's lock screen counts down with the room, the instructor and a check-in button. The instructor's shows the class, the headcount and who's still expected.
Membership card and passes in Apple Wallet
A membership pass with a QR for check-in and the credits left on it, updating as they're used. Single bookings get a pass with the class, room and time.
Apple Maps and reminders that add themselves
One tap to the studio door. Booked sessions add themselves to the member's calendar; home exercises for physio patients become reminders at the times the therapist set.
App Clip QR at the door
A visitor scans the QR at reception and books a drop-in class, pays with Apple Pay and checks in, with nothing to install. Tourists in summer do this without an account.
Widgets and the Dynamic Island
A member's widget shows the next booking and the streak. The owner's shows today's attendance and no-shows. During a class the instructor's Dynamic Island shows the timer and the next class.
Payments in Türkiye, done properly

Questions we get asked
Will members accept paying a deposit for a class?
Most members are on packs or memberships, so nothing changes for them except that a late cancellation costs a credit, which is what makes the class reliable for everyone else. Drop-ins pay up front, as they do everywhere.
We use a well-known studio platform now. Why change?
Because it's their brand, their database, their monthly fee and their rules. This is yours: no fee per member, your currency and language, and features built for how your studio actually runs.
Can it handle both a gym floor and booked classes?
Yes. Memberships cover gym access by QR at the door; classes and one-to-ones sit on the timetable with their own capacity and rules.
What does it cost?
Fixed price agreed up front for the first release, scoped to your timetable and membership types. You own the code, the data and the apps; no monthly licence to us.
Do you come to the studio?
No. Remote delivery from the UK with video calls; your instructors test the app on their own phones before launch.
Send us your timetable
Your classes, your prices and how members book today. We'll reply with a written plan for the timetable, packs and memberships, the club and the apps, then talk it through on a video call.
