What we would build for a dj, live music and entertainers
Your set on the screens, your dates paid for, your show launched
We build music-reactive visuals that follow your set beat by beat on any screen in your colours, a booking site where a venue or a couple holds a date with a card deposit, a launch page and email campaign for your new show, and a finance app that turns gigs into invoices. Everything in your brand, owned by you.

What goes wrong today
The projector shows a logo and a screensaver
The venue has screens and nothing to put on them. A looping video doesn't move with the music, and a VJ costs more than the gig. You need visuals that listen.
'Pencilled in' is not booked
A wedding couple pencils you in for August, then goes quiet. You turn down two other Saturdays. A deposit at the moment of booking is the only thing that makes a held date real.
The new show has an Instagram post and nothing else
A residency, a tour or a launch night deserves a page with a countdown, motion, the dates and a way to book, plus an email that lands in every inbox looking right.
Invoices from a notes app
Gigs paid half in cash, half by transfer, three weeks late, with the expenses in a shoebox. Knowing what you actually earned this season shouldn't take an accountant.
What we build for you, from the ground up
Seventeen visualisers in your identity
Procedural scenes driven by a 40-band analyser with kick, snare and hat detection, rendered live on a small box behind the screen. Your colours, your logo in the geometry, a phone control to switch modes mid-set. The same code already ships on Arcade Wow cabinets.
Booking site with dates held by deposit
Your calendar, your packages (a wedding set, a club night, a corporate party), your travel bands. A client picks a date, sees a price, pays the deposit by Apple Pay or card, and the date locks. The hold expires on its own if they don't.
Set requests and running order
For weddings and parties, the client fills the must-plays and the do-not-plays, the first dance and the timings, in a portal you both see. Guests can request songs on the night from a QR.
Launch page and email campaign
A page for the new show with a live visualiser running in the browser, a countdown, dates and a booking button, plus a series of emails that render in every client. Built as one campaign, the way we launched the AWOW Jukebox.
WhatsApp and email confirmations
Deposit received, balance due, 'here's what I need from the venue', 'arriving at 19:00 to set up'. Written once, sent by the system.
Gigs to invoices in one iPhone app
Each booking becomes an invoice as a PDF, expenses are logged with a photo of the receipt, tax is set aside as money comes in, and you see what the season earned. Native, on your phone, connected to your bank.
The Apple layer your guests actually notice
Live Activity: the client's countdown to your set
From booking to the night, the couple's or promoter's lock screen counts down to you. On the day it shows your arrival and set times.
The booking in Apple Wallet
A pass with the date, venue, set times, what's paid and your number. For ticketed nights, guests get a ticket with a QR for the door.
Venue in Apple Maps, load-in reminders
One tap to the stage door, not the front. Load-in, soundcheck and set times add themselves to your calendar with alerts.
App Clip QR on the dance floor
A QR at the bar opens an App Clip with no download: request a song, tip the DJ with Apple Pay, follow you, book you for their own party.
Dynamic Island for the set
Your phone shows the current visualiser mode and the next cue in the Dynamic Island; a widget on the home screen shows the next three gigs and unpaid balances.
Payments in Türkiye, done properly

Questions we get asked
What hardware do the visuals need?
A small computer the size of a paperback with an audio input, connected to the venue's screen or projector by HDMI. It runs on a Raspberry Pi today. We spec it, you or the venue buy it locally, we ship the software image.
Can the visuals show my logo or the couple's names?
Yes. Colours, logo and text are settings, so a wedding gets the couple's names in their palette and a club night gets yours.
I'm a single DJ. Do I need all of this?
Start with the visuals or the booking site; the rest joins when it earns its place. The first release is scoped to what you'll use this season.
What does it cost?
Fixed price agreed up front for what's in the first release. You own the code, the visuals and the site; no monthly licence and no commission.
Do you need to see the venue?
No. Send a photo of the screen setup and we work remotely from the UK, with a video call for the first run.
Send us a clip of your set and a photo of the screens
We'll reply with a written plan for the visuals, the booking site and the launch page, then talk it through on a video call.
