HILLCRAFT

What we would build for a yacht and gulet charter

Charter weeks sold in pounds, with the deposit cleared before the enquiry goes cold

A booking and payment system built from the ground up for your fleet: every yacht and gulet on a live weekly calendar, a card deposit the moment a family or group books, and the balance collected by card link on the schedule you set. Itineraries with every anchorage in Apple Maps, WhatsApp confirmations, and a native iPhone app for crew provisioning and bookings.

Built and delivered remotely from Cheshire, UK · fixed price agreed up front

What goes wrong today

The whole prepayment "will be lost"

A cancellation page that keeps everything and a balance that must be paid in cash before boarding. A UK family reads that and books through a broker who takes a fifth of the week.

Availability by email, in USD

A fleet page with no calendar, prices in a currency the guest does not use, and a two-day wait for a reply while the guest is comparing three other boats.

Deposits by international transfer

Three thousand euros wired to a Turkish IBAN with bank charges both ends, a screenshot as the receipt, and a refund that takes a month if the week has to move.

Provisioning by phone the night before

Dietary needs, the cabin plan, the pickup and the preference list gathered in WhatsApp threads across three phones, and the captain finding out about the vegetarian at the first lunch.

What we build for you, from the ground up

  1. Every boat on a live weekly calendar

Each yacht and gulet with its cabins, crew, seasons and weekly rates in GBP, EUR and TRY. Saturday-to-Saturday or your own changeover days, reserved inside a transaction so a week is never sold twice.

  2. Cabin charter and whole-boat charter

Sell the whole boat for the week, or cabins on a set itinerary to individual couples, with capacity tracked per cabin and per sailing.

  3. Quotes that price themselves

Dates, boat, guests and extras in; a priced quote out, with harbour fees, fuel, transfers and the chef priced from your own rate card, the way the engine we built for Cheshire Lawns & Hedges prices a garden.

  4. Deposit now, balance on a schedule

A card deposit at booking, the balance collected automatically by card link at the date you set, and the APA or damage deposit refunded on its own after the charter.

  5. The itinerary as a map

Each day's anchorage pinned in Apple Maps in the confirmation and the guest portal, with the marina for embarkation and a tap to open directions from the airport.

  6. Preferences and provisioning captured up front

A guest portal where the group fills the cabin plan, dietary needs, drinks list and arrival flights before the charter, and the crew sees it all in their app.

  7. A native iPhone app for crew and office

This week's charters, the provisioning list, who has paid what, and the guest's flight times, on the captain's phone and in the office. Face ID sign-in, works offline at anchor.

  8. Brokers with their own links

Agencies abroad sell from the same live calendar through their own links and see their bookings and commission; the weeks you sell direct pay none.

The Apple layer your guests actually notice

The charter on the lock screen

A Live Activity counts down to embarkation, then shows today's anchorage and tonight's harbour through the week.

The booking in Apple Wallet

A pass in your brand with the boat, the week, the marina and the balance status, appearing on the lock screen at the marina gate.

Anchorages in Apple Maps

Every stop on the itinerary opens in Apple Maps, and embarkation and the transfer add themselves to reminders.

The App Clip on board

A code in the saloon opens the extras list: a diving session, a massage, a special dinner, ordered and paid by Apple Pay without a download.

The fleet in a widget

For the owner: which boats are out, balances due and enquiries on the home screen, and the next embarkation in the Dynamic Island.

Payments in Türkiye, done properly

Deposits, balances and APA go straight into your own iyzico or PayTR account or your bank's virtual POS; your bank does not change and Hillcraft never holds any of it. UK and EU guests pay in GBP or EUR with Apple Pay or any card and see the amount in their currency before confirming, with no international transfer fees. Weeks sold on your own site carry no broker commission, and refunds inside your terms, including the damage deposit after the charter, go back to the same card automatically.

Questions we get asked

How long does it take?

The fleet calendar, quotes and deposits come first so next season sells in pounds with a card deposit; the guest portal, crew app and Apple features follow. We agree a dated plan on a video call, and the winter is the natural build window.

What does it cost?

Fixed price agreed up front after a call to scope the fleet, cabin versus whole-boat sales and the brokers you work with. No monthly fee and no commission on the weeks you sell.

Do we need to change our bank?

No. Payments run through your own iyzico or PayTR account or your bank's virtual POS, which also means UK and EU cards work without international transfers.

Can it work alongside brokers and charter marketplaces?

Yes. Brokers sell from the same live calendar through their own links, marketplace bookings are blocked into the calendar, and nothing is sold twice.

Who owns it, and do you need to come to the marina?

You own the code, the data and the accounts. Everything is built in Cheshire and delivered remotely over video calls and WhatsApp; the boat specs, photos and your terms are all we need.

Send us the fleet list

Which boats, how you sell weeks today and how the deposit arrives. One video call to scope it, then a written plan.
