HILLCRAFT

What we would build for a tour and travel agency

Your whole excursion list, sold with live seats and a deposit

A booking and payment system built from the ground up for your agency: every excursion, transfer and day trip on your own site with live seats per departure, an Apple Pay or card deposit at the moment of booking, and UK and EU cards accepted through your own iyzico or PayTR account. WhatsApp and email confirmations with the meeting point in Apple Maps, tickets in Apple Wallet, and a native iPhone app for guides and drivers.

Built and delivered remotely from Cheshire, UK · fixed price agreed up front

What goes wrong today

A tour list with "0 reviews" and no prices

Twenty excursions on a template site with empty review counters, no prices, no booking mechanism and no terms. Guests read it as a brochure and book through their hotel rep instead.

"Bookings@" and a wait

Every booking is an email, a reply, a bank transfer and another reply, over two or three days while the guest is already in resort and comparing three other desks.

Seats sold in a lobby that no longer exist

Reps and the office selling the same departure from two lists, a coach that is oversold on Tuesday and empty on Wednesday, and no deposit to hold anyone to anything.

Paid in dollars, refunded never

A booking engine priced in USD for British guests and a cancellation refunded by IBAN in a month, if at all. It is the reason the marketplaces take a fifth of every excursion.

What we build for you, from the ground up

  1. Every excursion with live seats per departure

Boat trips, jeep safaris, Pamukkale, Dalyan, hammam and the market day, each with dates, departures, pickup zones and seats. A seat is held while the guest pays and reserved inside a transaction, so nothing is oversold.

  2. Suppliers' capacity, your brand

For excursions you resell, the boat's or the safari company's capacity is set per departure and shared with them, so you sell from real numbers under your own name.

  3. Deposit at booking, in pounds

An Apple Pay or card deposit the moment they book, with the balance by card link or on the day. UK guests see pounds, EU guests see euros. Refunds inside your window are automatic.

  4. Reps, hotels and the office on one list

Every rep and partner hotel gets a link and a login, sells from the same live seats, and sees their bookings and commission. The office sees everything.

  5. Confirmations with the meeting point pinned

WhatsApp and email in the guest's language with the pickup time, the meeting point in Apple Maps, what to bring and the guide's number, and a reminder the evening before.

  6. Pickup routes built from bookings

Each departure's coach or minibus route is built from the hotels actually booked, in order, with times, and handed to the driver's app the night before.

  7. Guides' and drivers' iPhone app

Today's tours, the manifest per departure, who has paid, dietary notes, the pickup order and a tap to message a guest not in the lobby. Native, Face ID sign-in, works with no signal on the mountain road.

  8. A shop for the things you sell at the desk

SIM cards, insurance, transfers and gift vouchers sold from the same site with the same checkout, built from scratch rather than rented from a platform.

The Apple layer your guests actually notice

Tomorrow's pickup on the lock screen

A Live Activity counts down to the pickup, then shows the coach approaching and the guide's name on the day.

The ticket in Apple Wallet

Each excursion as a pass in your brand with the date, pickup and seats, appearing on the lock screen in the lobby and scanned by the guide.

The meeting point in Apple Maps

One tap opens the pickup spot or the harbour, and every booked excursion adds itself to the guest's reminders for the week.

Book the next trip by App Clip

A code on the desk, in the hotel lobby or on the coach seat opens this week's excursions for booking and paying by Apple Pay, with nothing installed.

This week in a widget

For the owner: seats sold by excursion, departures today and takings on the home screen, and the next departure in the Dynamic Island.

Payments in Türkiye, done properly

Every deposit and balance goes into your own iyzico or PayTR account or your bank's virtual POS; your bank does not change and Hillcraft never holds the money. British and European guests pay in GBP or EUR with Apple Pay or any card and see the amount in their currency before they confirm. Excursions sold on your own site carry no marketplace commission, reps' commissions are tracked for you, and refunds inside your window go back to the same card automatically instead of by IBAN.

Questions we get asked

How long does it take?

The excursion list, seats and deposits come first so next season sells online in pounds; reps' logins, the guides' app and Wallet tickets follow. We agree a dated plan on a video call, and the winter is the natural build window.

What does it cost?

Fixed price agreed up front after a call to scope the excursions, suppliers and reps. No monthly platform fee and no commission per seat.

Do we need to change our bank?

No. Payments run through your own iyzico or PayTR account or your bank's virtual POS, and the money goes to you directly, with UK and EU cards accepted.

Can it work alongside GetYourGuide, Viator and the hotel reps?

Yes. Marketplaces stay for the guests who only look there and their bookings are blocked into the same seats; reps sell from live capacity through their own links; everything sold on your own site is commission-free.

Who owns it, and do you need to come to the office?

You own the code, the data and the accounts. Everything is built in Cheshire and delivered remotely over video calls and WhatsApp; your excursion list, suppliers and pickup zones are all we need.

Send us your excursion list

Which excursions, how the reps sell today, and how the deposit arrives. One video call to scope it, then a written plan before you decide anything.
