What we would build for a jeep safari, quad and adventure tours
Every seat in every jeep, sold and paid before the pickup
A booking and payment system built from the ground up for your tours: jeep safari, quad, buggy, rafting and canyon departures on your own site with live capacity per vehicle, an Apple Pay or card deposit so the minibus only stops for guests who are coming, and WhatsApp confirmations with the pickup pinned in Apple Maps. The driver runs the day from a native iPhone app with the route and the riders.
Built and delivered remotely from Cheshire, UK · fixed price agreed up front
What goes wrong today
An expired certificate and a WhatsApp button
A site that throws a security warning, a footer from years ago and a single button to a chat. The British family closes the tab and books the safari through their hotel rep at a higher price.
The minibus that stops at six hotels for two guests
Pickups promised with no deposit, four families that changed their minds at breakfast, and a driver doing a forty-minute loop for nothing.
Waivers on a clipboard at the start line
Quads and buggies need a signed waiver and a licence check, done in a hurry in the dust while twenty people wait.
Cash on the day, in three currencies
Pounds, euros and lira in a bag on the front seat, change nobody has, and takings the owner works out from memory.
What we build for you, from the ground up
Departures with live vehicle capacity
Each tour, each day, each departure, with seats per jeep, quads per convoy and rafts per run. A seat is held while the guest pays and reserved inside a transaction, so a convoy is never oversold.
Pickup points on the route
Hotels and meeting points chosen at booking from your list, each with a time, and the driver's route built from the day's confirmed bookings only.
Deposit by Apple Pay, balance on the day
A deposit the moment they book, the balance by card link the day before or by QR at the meeting point. Weather cancellations refund automatically; no-shows do not.
Waiver, licence and driver details at booking
Who is driving, their licence, ages of passengers and the signed waiver collected on the phone before the day, so the start line is a tick, not a clipboard.
Lunch, photos and extras as add-ons
The riverside lunch, the photo package, a private jeep or a double quad priced from your list and sold at booking or from the confirmation link.
Reps and agencies on the same capacity
Hotel reps and tour desks sell from the same live seats through their own links, see their bookings and their commission, and cannot promise a seat that is gone.
The driver's iPhone app
Today's route in order, who to collect where, who has paid, who has signed, and a tap to message a guest who is not in the lobby, in a native app with Face ID sign-in that works with no signal in the canyon.
Photos sold on the way back
The day's photos offered by message before the minibus is back at the hotel, paid by Apple Pay, with the next tour bookable in the same tap.
The Apple layer your guests actually notice
The pickup on the lock screen
A Live Activity counts down to the pickup, then shows the minibus approaching and the departure time, so the guest is in the lobby and not in the shower.
The ticket in Apple Wallet
A pass in your brand with the tour, the date, the pickup and the waiver status, appearing on the lock screen when the minibus arrives and scanned by the driver.
The meeting point in Apple Maps
One tap opens the exact pickup spot, and the pickup time adds itself to reminders the evening before.
The App Clip at the start line
A code on the jeep opens the photo package, the lunch upgrade or a second run for booking and paying by Apple Pay, with nothing installed.
Today's convoy in a widget
For the owner: seats sold, vehicles out and takings on the home screen, and the next departure in the Dynamic Island.
Payments in Türkiye, done properly

Questions we get asked
How long does it take?
Departures, pickups and deposits come first so next season opens with real seats online; the driver's app, Wallet tickets and photo sales follow. We agree a dated plan on a video call, and the winter is the time to build.
What does it cost?
Fixed price agreed up front after a call to scope the tours, vehicles and pickup areas. No monthly fee and no commission per seat.
Do we need to change our bank?
No. Payments run through your own iyzico or PayTR account or your bank's virtual POS, and the money goes straight to you.
Can it work alongside GetYourGuide, Viator and hotel reps?
Yes. Marketplaces stay for the guests who only look there; reps and tour desks sell from the same live seats through their own links; everything on your own site is commission-free.
Who owns it, and do you need to ride along?
You own the code, the data and the accounts. Everything is built in Cheshire and delivered remotely over video calls and WhatsApp; your tour list, vehicles and pickup hotels are all we need.
Tell us about your pickup loop
How many vehicles, which tours, how many hotels on the route and what a morning of no-shows costs. One video call to scope it, then a written plan.
