HILLCRAFT

What we would build for a nightclub

Tables sold before the doors open. Visuals that move with the DJ.

A booking, door and visuals system built from the ground up for your club: VIP tables and guest-list places sold on your own site with an Apple Pay or card deposit, passes in Apple Wallet scanned at the door, and QR order-and-pay in the booths with nothing to download. On the wall, seventeen music-reactive visualisers in your identity, driven live by the DJ's audio.

Built and delivered remotely from Cheshire, UK · fixed price agreed up front

What goes wrong today

"Reserving you a table for the busy nights" by DM

VIP tables promised in Instagram messages with no deposit, no minimum spend written down, and a group that chose a different club at eleven. The table sat empty on the best night of August.

No prices on the menu, you need to ask

A bottle list without numbers and a review that says so. Guests who cannot see the price do not order the second bottle.

Table booking sold as a Shopify "product"

Variants for 2 to 8 persons, no date, no time, no price, no deposit, while the Facebook page says "last few tables". It is not a booking system, it is a form with a cart.

Screens showing whatever the laptop had on it

A sound-proofed floor, a gallery of booths, a resident DJ, and a video loop from years ago on the wall that has nothing to do with the music or your brand.

What we build for you, from the ground up

  1. VIP tables with a minimum spend and a deposit

Every table on a floor plan with its capacity, minimum spend and price per night. The deposit is taken by Apple Pay or card at booking and comes off the bill on the night, so a no-show still pays.

  2. Guest list and tickets that scan at the door

Free guest list before midnight, paid entry after, event tickets for the big nights, all issued to Apple Wallet and scanned by the door team from an iPhone. The count on the door is live for the manager.

  3. Bottle service ordered from the booth

A code in each booth opens the bottle list as an App Clip with prices, the group orders and pays or runs it against the minimum spend, and the bar sees which booth wants what.

  4. A wall of visuals driven by the DJ

Seventeen music-reactive modes in your colours and logo, rendered live from the DJ's audio feed on the LED wall or projectors, with a controller on a phone for the lighting person. The same Rust engine that ships on Arcade Wow cabinets, running on small hardware.

  5. Events promoted from one page

A what's-on page with every DJ and theme night, tickets and tables sold from it, and a WhatsApp and email list that gets the line-up before it goes on Instagram. Launch campaigns for the opening night, built the way we built the AWOW Jukebox launch page.

  6. The door and the floor on an iPhone

A native app for the manager and the door: tonight's tables, who has arrived, guest-list numbers, deposits held and takings so far, with Face ID sign-in and roles for staff.

  7. Interactive installs for the launch

Branded arcade cabinets and playable installations for an opening or a brand night, delivered the way we delivered the Leapmotor B05 launch at Ministry of Sound.

The Apple layer your guests actually notice

The table on the lock screen

A Live Activity counts down to doors, shows the table number and the deposit, and lets the host of the group add names to the guest list.

The pass in Apple Wallet

A ticket or table pass in your identity that appears on the lock screen at the door. One scan, in.

The club in Apple Maps

One tap opens the door location for the whole group, and the booking adds itself to reminders with doors and last entry.

The App Clip in the booth

Scan the code, see the bottle list with prices, order and pay with Apple Pay. No download and no arguing about the bill at three in the morning.

Tonight in the Dynamic Island

For the manager: door count, tables arrived and takings in a widget, and the next VIP arrival in the Dynamic Island.

Payments in Türkiye, done properly

Table deposits, tickets and bottle service settle into your own iyzico or PayTR account or your bank's virtual POS; nothing changes with your bank and Hillcraft never holds the money. Guests from the UK and Europe pay in GBP or EUR with Apple Pay or any card and see the amount in their currency before confirming. No ticketing-platform commission, and a deposit refunded inside your window goes back to the same card automatically.

Built and running: the examples this comes from

Questions we get asked

How long does it take?

Tables, guest list and passes come first so the next season sells with deposits; the visuals and booth ordering follow. We agree a dated plan on a video call; the winter close is the natural build window.

What does it cost?

Fixed price agreed up front after a call to scope the tables, the door, the screens and what the wall is made of. No monthly fee and no commission on tickets or tables.

Do we need to change our bank?

No. Deposits, tickets and bottle service run through your own iyzico or PayTR account or your bank's virtual POS, and the card machines on the bar keep working.

Can it work alongside Instagram, promoters and the door?

Yes. Promoters get their own links and see their numbers, every Instagram post carries the table link, and the door team adds walk-ups from the iPhone app so the count is true.

Who owns it, and do you need to be there on the night?

You own the code, the data, the visuals and the accounts. Everything is built in Cheshire and delivered remotely over video calls and WhatsApp; the visualiser runs on small hardware you buy locally, and we tune it with your lighting person on a call.

Tell us about the room

How many tables, what the wall is, who plays and how you sell tables today. One video call to scope it, then a written plan.
