HILLCRAFT

What we would build for a clothing brand, merch and print

A storefront that is yours, drops that sell out on your terms, and every colourway photographed in one run.

We build the shop, the checkout, the imagery pipeline and the brand system for a clothing label or print shop, the way we built STROBA. No template, no marketplace fees, your identity from the type to the payment screen, owned by you.

Built and delivered remotely from Cheshire, UK · fixed price agreed up front

What goes wrong today

The shop looks like everyone else's

A rented template with your logo dropped in, a checkout that leaves your brand at the door, and a monthly fee plus a cut of every sale. The product page cannot become what your brand needs it to be.

Product photos are a bottleneck

Six designs times five colours is thirty shoots, or thirty flat mockups that look flat. The drop waits on the photography.

Drops with no pre-order, sizes with no stock truth

You print blind, oversell a medium, and refund by hand. Pre-orders with a real stock ledger per size and colour turn the drop into a number you can print to.

Discount codes that leak

A one-use code gets shared and redeemed fifty times before you notice. Validation has to happen on the server with an atomic usage claim.

What we build for you, from the ground up

  1. A storefront built from scratch

Catalogue, collections, product pages with size and colour variants, reviews and cross-sells, a cart in a glass drawer, full SEO with structured data, and a theme engine so the drop can change the whole mood of the site. The same ground-up build as the Arcade Wow and Stroba stores.

  2. A checkout in your brand

Card, Apple Pay and, if you want it, PayPal or Bitcoin, under your own code. Verified webhooks, de-duplicated events, and settlement in one transaction that locks the order, marks it paid and decrements stock, exactly how Stroba runs.

  3. Pre-order drops

A drop opens at a time, takes pre-orders per size, closes at a number, and hands you a print sheet. Play-to-unlock pricing with a branded mini-game if you want the queue to be fun.

  4. Garment mockup pipeline

Photograph the blank once. A tool composites every print onto the real garment across every colourway with shading and displacement so the print follows the fabric. A whole drop's images in one run, from our garment mockup studio.

  5. Stock per size and colour

An audited ledger: blanks in, prints out, returns back, with low-stock alerts before a size sells out mid-drop.

  6. A brand system, not a logo file

Type, colour law, characters, a world bible and a brand book, rendered as interactive decks, so every screen we build looks like the same label. STROBA's brand world is the reference.

  7. Launch campaign per drop

A landing page with music-reactive visuals in your palette and a campaign email built to render in every inbox, with plain-text parts and a countdown, the way the AWOW Jukebox launched.

  8. Print-shop order intake

For print shops: customers upload artwork, pick garments, sizes and quantities, see a live price from your rate card, and pay a deposit. The job lands on your app with a proof to approve.

The Apple layer your guests actually notice

Order status on the lock screen

Paid, printing, packed, shipped: the customer's iPhone shows the order as a Live Activity through to delivery, with the same iOS 27 technology Hillcraft Finance ships today.

Members' card in Apple Wallet

Early access to drops as a Wallet pass that updates when the next drop is announced and shows the customer's unlocked price.

A QR at the pop-up that opens the shop

At a market stall or a gig, the QR on the rail opens the product as an App Clip with Apple Pay ready, so the sale happens without a download and the stock ledger stays true.

The owner's app

Today's orders, the print queue and drop progress on iPhone with Face ID, widgets for what sold overnight, and a notification when a size runs low.

Apple Pay by default

Express checkout from the product page in two taps, through your own payment account.

Payments in Türkiye, done properly

Cards and Apple Pay go through your own account: iyzico, PayTR or your bank's virtual POS in Türkiye, Stripe or PayPal in the UK, and BTCPay if you want Bitcoin and Lightning as Stroba does. Stripe is not available in Türkiye, so the checkout is written to your provider. Hillcraft never holds your money; the provider confirms, the order settles in one transaction, and stock moves at the same moment.

Built and running: the examples this comes from

Questions we get asked

We already sell on a marketplace. Do we have to leave?

No. Keep it as a channel if it sells; the new storefront is the one with no fees, your brand and your customer list. Many labels run both and move the drops home first.

Can the mockup tool use our own photos?

Yes, that is the point. You photograph your blanks in your light, once per colourway, and the tool composites every design onto them.

How is pricing agreed?

Fixed price agreed up front for the full build after a video call about your range, your drops and where you sell today. No revenue share, no monthly platform fee.

Do UK customers pay in pounds and Turkish customers in lira?

Yes. Prices are held per currency in integer minor units, and the checkout picks the provider for the customer's market.

Who owns the shop?

You do: code, data, customer list and payment accounts. It runs on your domain and keeps running whoever maintains it.

Send us the next drop. We will build the shop it deserves.

A link to your current shop and a look at the designs is enough. We reply with a plain description of the storefront, the checkout and the image pipeline we would build, delivered remotely from Cheshire with a video call whenever you want one.
