What we would build for a boat tours
Every seat on every sailing, sold with the deposit in
A booking and payment system built from the ground up for your boats: seats per departure and private charters on your own site with live capacity, an Apple Pay or card deposit so a hotel-lobby cancellation no longer costs you the seat, and WhatsApp confirmations with the pier pinned in Apple Maps. Boarding passes in Apple Wallet, and the day's manifest on the captain's iPhone.
Built and delivered remotely from Cheshire, UK · fixed price agreed up front
What goes wrong today
The reservation form forwards to WhatsApp
A form that ends in a chat, an English page that redirects to Turkish, and no availability anywhere. The moonlight tour is full or it is not, and the guest cannot tell.
Sold by the hotel rep, cancelled at breakfast
Seats promised in a lobby with no deposit, a family that changed its mind, and a boat that sails with twelve empty places you could have sold twice over.
Prepayment lost, balance in cash on the pier
Terms that say the whole prepayment is lost on cancellation and the balance must be paid in cash before boarding. UK guests read that and book with a marketplace that takes 20%.
Which pier, what time, which boat
Guests wandering the harbour at 09:55 ringing a number that is busy. The confirmation should have carried the pin, the time and the boat's name.
What we build for you, from the ground up
Seats per departure, live
Every boat, every sailing, every seat. Capacity is real, a seat is held while the guest pays, and it is reserved inside a transaction so the boat is never oversold. Private charters block the whole day.
Pickup points and the shuttle
Hotel pickups chosen at booking from your list of stops, each with a time, capped by minibus seats, and the driver's route built from the day's bookings.
Deposit at booking, balance on board or before
Apple Pay or card deposit the moment they book, the balance by card link the day before or on board by QR. Weather cancellations refund automatically; no-shows do not.
Confirmations with the pier pinned
WhatsApp and email in the guest's language with the boat's name, the pier in Apple Maps, the pickup time, what to bring and what lunch includes. A reminder the evening before.
The deck bar as a QR tab
A code on the rail opens the bar menu as an App Clip. Guests order and pay by Apple Pay from their seat, with the tab settled before the boat docks and no cash box to reconcile.
The captain's manifest on an iPhone
A native app with today's sailings, who is on board, who has paid, dietary notes and pickup stops, plus a tap to message a late guest. Face ID sign-in, works with one bar of signal.
Agents and reps with their own links
Hotel reps and agencies sell from the same live capacity through their own links, see their bookings and their commission, and can no longer promise seats that do not exist.
Evening cruises with music and visuals
For the moonlight tour with a DJ or live music, music-reactive visuals on a screen on deck, in your colours, from the same Rust engine that ships on Arcade Wow cabinets.
The Apple layer your guests actually notice
Sailing time on the lock screen
A Live Activity counts down to the pickup and then to departure, with the boat's name and the pier, so nobody rings to ask where to be.
A boarding pass in Apple Wallet
The ticket as a pass in your brand with the date, the boat and the seats, appearing on the lock screen at the pier and scanned by the crew in a second.
The pier in Apple Maps
One tap opens the exact pier or the hotel pickup point, and the pickup time adds itself to reminders the evening before.
The App Clip on deck
Scan the code on the rail, the bar menu opens, order and pay with Apple Pay. No download, no signal needed once it is open.
Today's sailings in a widget
For the owner: seats sold, boats out and takings on the home screen, and the next departure in the Dynamic Island.

Questions we get asked
How long does it take?
Sailings, seats and deposits come first so next season opens with real capacity online; the captain's app, Wallet passes and the deck bar follow. We agree a dated plan on a video call, and the winter lay-up is the time to build.
What does it cost?
Fixed price agreed up front after a call to scope the boats, the routes and the pickups. No monthly fee and no commission per seat.
Do we need to change our bank?
No. Payments run through your own iyzico or PayTR account or your bank's virtual POS, and the money goes to you directly.
Can it work alongside GetYourGuide, Viator and hotel reps?
Yes. Marketplaces stay for the guests who only look there; reps and agencies sell from the same live capacity through their own links; everything on your own site is commission-free.
Who owns it, and do you need to see the boat?
You own the code, the data and the accounts. Everything is built in Cheshire and delivered remotely over video calls and WhatsApp; the deck plan and a few photos are all we need.
Tell us about your boats
How many boats, which sailings, how the reps sell today and what a cancelled family costs you. One video call to scope it, then a written plan.
