Each flight type with its own price, duration and pilot requirement, and the video and photo package added at booking, in GBP, EUR or TRY.
Deposit by Apple Pay, refund on a weather day
A deposit the moment they book and the balance on the day or in full. If the wind is wrong, the guest rebooks from a link or takes an automatic refund; a no-show does not.
Weather-day rebooking in one tap
Cancel a slot and every guest gets a WhatsApp with the open slots for the next days; they tap one and the manifest updates itself. Forty flights moved in a minute.
Pickup points and the shuttle up the mountain
Hotel or meeting-point pickups chosen at booking from your list, each pinned in Apple Maps, with the shuttle list built from the day's bookings.
Groups and stag parties booked properly

A Live Activity counts down to the pickup and then to take-off, with the slot, the pilot's name once paired and a tap if they are running late.
The flight ticket in Apple Wallet
A pass in your brand with the date, the slot and the pickup, appearing on the lock screen at the meeting point and scanned by the shuttle driver.
The meeting point in Apple Maps
One tap opens the exact pickup spot, and the pickup time adds itself to reminders the evening before.
Video and photos by App Clip
A code at the landing field opens the flight video and photos for purchase or download, paid by Apple Pay with nothing installed, while the adrenaline is still up.

How long does it take?
Slots, deposits and the weather rebook come first so next season opens with real availability online; the pilots' app, Wallet tickets and the video App Clip follow. We agree a dated plan on a video call, and the winter is the time to build.
What does it cost?
Fixed price agreed up front after a call to scope the flight types, pilots and pickups. No monthly fee and no commission per flight.
Do we need to change our bank?
No. Payments run through your own iyzico or PayTR account or your bank's virtual POS, and the money goes straight to you.
Can it work alongside GetYourGuide, hotel reps and beach agents?
Yes. Marketplaces stay for the guests who only look there; reps and agents sell from the same live slots through their own links and see their numbers; everything on your own site is commission-free.
Who owns it, and do you need to come to the mountain?
You own the code, the data and the accounts. Everything is built in Cheshire and delivered remotely over video calls and WhatsApp; your slot times, pilot roster and pickup list are all we need.
